Lol, Birdie! I'm so glad someone else has done it - I think everyone I've told thinks I'm over reacting!
Even though walking is a problem (not to mention that you may have to lower yourself on to the toilet like an old person :eek:) you should definitely do the DVD again today - my OH made me do it on the second day and it really helped loosen me up and by day 4 I felt fine
I don't have hand weights either - I have some 3kg weights which are okay for some things (but WAY too big for others) and I just use tins of beans or bottles of water...
