Well done on the loss Wendz!
I'm STS (10.6) I'm blaming Easter eggs and TOTM, but all the eggs have gone now haha so onwards and upwards. The thought of summer is definitely an encouraging factor!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
I think I might be bowing out for a while, not being able to exercise means I've hit an impasse really, so while I intend to maintain and eat healthily, I'm accepting I'm not going to loose more than a pound or two until after I get fixed.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Hi All
Reporting back from Weigh in....put on a pound in 2 weeks:eek::eek: Well no real surprise there but i am really fed up of losing the same few pounds over and over.
i will have lost this one by next thursday so i can get serious!
Sorry to hear that Ziggles - I know what you mean about losing the same lbs again and again. I'm struggling at the moment - there always seem to be lunches at work, afternoon teas plus takeaways when our kitchen was out of action so I haven't weighed in this weekLet's get serious!

Well done Wendz! And Tete for STS - perfectly legitimate excuseI think I might be bowing out for a while, not being able to exercise means I've hit an impasse really, so while I intend to maintain and eat healthily, I'm accepting I'm not going to loose more than a pound or two until after I get fixed.
Sounds fair enough Dinah, must be so frustrating! I definitely think that exercise is the key - good luck with the physio today xLBM Sep 2008 debt: £27,927.04start weight: 140.2, week 2: 1380 -
Today I got crutches. I'm not sure if this will have me moving more or less. It was scary how little I could do with my knee - she has me trying to lift my knee with a slight bend about 5 inches from the floor while sat on said floor - my starter level this week is doing it in the bath and using a dressing gown cord to help pull my foot upwards. This is a far cry from horse riding, cycling and hill climbingDebt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

I don't blame you for bowing out Dinah. I would do the same in your situation.Once you are more active again you will be much more able to get into it.0

Don't blame you either. Hope knee gets better soon. It's still TTOM for me, just going on and on. Have had 2 bad days but have been very disciplined food wise otherwise. Won't weigh in this week, but will do it next week.0

Woohoo lost nw pledged pound! Though i must say it was because i was out all wk and too busy to binge on sweeties at home. This is also despite being in a stinker of a mood the minute i do get home- hence bingeing! Won't even go into the state of my finances just in case i reach for the choccies. Looks like i'm a one trick at a time pony! Still waiting for my bach kit.
hope you're all well and doing your thing!Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heavenMatthew 5:30 -
Hi peeps
Can I join back please. I am now 'in the right frame of mind' and feeling more positive about all of this than I have for a long time.
I have been quietly changing my eating habits over the last week (not using that word DIET) and have managed to lose 5lb this week.
As you may remember I bowed out of this challenge during the first week of March because of my M.E. - but I am now having a good run of health (still not considered to be fully recovered, but feeling better than I have in a long time) and I want to try and join in again.
I am still cautious regarding exercise as that could wipe me out, but I am taking each day as it comes and walking more each day....so fingers crossed I will be able to do this.
Hope you don't mind me popping back in again.NR [STRIKE]£5542[/STRIKE]£2771 BC [STRIKE]£7987[/STRIKE]£7700 BC [STRIKE]£3000[/STRIKE]£5100 Cat1 Pd Cat2 Pd Ulstr [STRIKE]£3400[/STRIKE]£3070 TSB [STRIKE]£4851[/STRIKE]£4400 MBNA [STRIKE]£7700[/STRIKE]£3887 NWst [STRIKE]£950[/STRIKE] £700 Hfx [STRIKE]£10097[/STRIKE]£10050 Asda [STRIKE]£398[/STRIKE] £315 HFX1 Pd Hfx2 [STRIKE]£3133[/STRIKE] £3000

Hey Ziggles, well done! That's a good start - now you can crack on with the new pounds
Welcome back PA! Well done on your loss, that's fab! You sound much more positive, so just do what you can and we'll keep our fingers crossed for you too - no pressure! You're already putting us all to shame as I don't think many of us have lost this week (apologies to anyone who has!) xLBM Sep 2008 debt: £27,927.04start weight: 140.2, week 2: 1380 -
