Sounds like a lovely time away Kavics!

I had an awful weekend food wise but back on the wagon today. I have had today some special k, a banana, a little pasta and feta cheese pot from m and s and some low fat crisps and for dinner sausage and mash (prob not healthiest but was a small portion). I have managed to resist chocolate and sweets and didn't snack before dinner which i often do!

It's the first of the month too, would be perfect to run from now until the 1st July - what do you say Poddle?

Sounds like a Dinah challenge to me! I'm up for it - it's been an indulgent long weekend so it's a good time to start :D Can't believe it's the 7th alread though...

    Hi Girls,
I'm back :j. It was lovely to see my whole family, but 5 days was just enough. I'll see them in 3 months time on my brother's wedding again :D.

We took some pictures and I quite liked how I look on them, and was so happy that no one commented on my weight:D. My sister has lost weight as well, she had 3 kids within 3 years, youngest one is only 7 months old, and is now about a stone away from her ideal weight, I'm so happy for her. But I stood on the scale this morning and I am now 60 kilos (though it's TTOM and my mum's cakes were so lovely:o).

Glad you had good weekends, and good luck staying on the wagon :D

I guess if everyone tracks their own progress then we can all set our own targets such as 6lbs in 6 weeks (which is probably a good way to kick start our metabolisms!) Hope everyone has a good week

Well I'm going to go for 1 stone in 12 weeks, which takes me to 30th June. The longer target suits me as hopefully I'll be a bit more mobile towards the end of it!

This morning I poured my cereal, and thought 'I've never worked out if I actually have the 40g portion stated on the box' so I weighed it. And bloody hell! I actually stopped pouring when I hit 80g, even though I'd probably usually have about 100g, simply because I couldn't justify any more. Whowever eats 40g of cereal is a child - its tiny! NIM and my dad must put away at least 150g a serving. So as of today I'm going to try to go back on Food Focus a bit, try to monitor things more closely. 3rd week in a row I've weighed in bang on 139.6lbs.

I know what you mean Dinah, I remember reading on a cereal box once that it contained 12 servings or something and I though "eh? I get about 4!!"

Argh, put on 1lb this week! And I didn't even eat that much chocolate over Easter either. I thought 4lbs last week was a bit too good to be true. Oh well, would like to try and lose the remaining 4lbs in the next 4 weeks before my cousin's wedding.

I have a dress I bought in TK Maxx but haven't worn yet (naughty naughty me) that I'd like to wear to the wedding. But it's cream which is a bit controversial for a wedding. I might try to dye it a nice green. It's a bit shorter than I would usually wear so really need to lose the final few pounds! My top and waist are small with big chunky backside and thunder thighs :(

I doubt you have thunder thighs Lara! Do you have a nice coloured jacket/shrug/cardi you could wear with the dress to divert from the cream?

Fine then - NO - you must start NOW - step away from the Easter eggs (preferably give them to a pet to drool on) and go hit the treadmill - move move move!!!
