That makes sense Tete! It's all relative anyway - I think I'd much rather be at the 'clothes-feel-looser' stage (well done kavics and Lara!!) and not see a difference on the scales than see a weight loss on the scales and see where it's come from!

However, just had a handful of crips at work as I'm ridiculously hungry and no amusing snacks left - must get more healthy snacks/filling lunches! I feel like it's damage limitation though as otherwise I'd start grazing as soon as i get home and while I'm making dinner, then STILL eat dinner!

How is everyone doing? I am still doing well so quite pleased with myself. I think the holiday helps as gives me a target to aim for.

Today I have had special k, a banana, chicken salad and pitta and a stir fry so not doing too bad. Also did yoga at lunch. Going to have a go on the wii fit in a bit.

I'm thinking of jacking in Harcombe. After the first 5 day phase I've had no loss, and I'm at the point where I'm not eating rather than eat another miserable meal which consists of a vegetable or some dry meat. I was happier calorie counting, nothing was off limits it just had to be worked into the plan. That said I never seemed to stick to it well enough, but I lost a stone last year that way, surely it can't be that hard to loose another stone? I think we need another drop a stone in 3 months challenge to get our wibbly, drifty asses focussed (trying to imagine a focussed !!!?! Yeah, me too).

I think calorie counting is the way forward. At the moment I am just trying to be good .... we will see how far that gets me. Calorie counting worked for me too. I think the drop a stone in 3 months challenge is a good one, I would be up for that.

Hmmm, I'm thinking more like 6lbs in 6 weeks (may or may not be doable with all this Easter chocolate sitting about! I got some batteries for the scales and I'm a 10-6 on them, which is the top end of my recent 10-2 - 10-6 scale. Hopefully booking flights to Italy tomorrow for the middle of May and would like to be down to at least 10-2 again by then ...

Currently have a HUGE pot of soup on the go, will be a nice lunch tomorrow. Since coming off Harcombe I've been a lot more aware of my portion sizes, and stopping eating when I'm full rather than when my plate is clear, so hopefully that'll make a difference.

    Hi Girls,
I'm back :j. It was lovely to see my whole family, but 5 days was just enough. I'll see them in 3 months time on my brother's wedding again :D.

We took some pictures and I quite liked how I look on them, and was so happy that no one commented on my weight:D. My sister has lost weight as well, she had 3 kids within 3 years, youngest one is only 7 months old, and is now about a stone away from her ideal weight, I'm so happy for her. But I stood on the scale this morning and I am now 60 kilos (though it's TTOM and my mum's cakes were so lovely:o) so now back on eating sensible and back to the gym. My goal is to tone up by end of June when we go to Spain. I don't want to lose really a lot, just 3 or 4 pounds, I will concentrate on getting some muscles instead :D.
