Weird, definitely, but if it works...! I'm intrigued to see how you do over the next couple of weeks - surely you can't carry on losing at this rate!!
I've decided to weigh myself just once a week, despite temptation to hop on the scales twice a day!
We did a massive food shop yesterday and inventoried the freezer so I'm going to meal plan my way through the next few weeks! We got back so late from Tesco Extra that we only had boiled eggs and soldiers for teaLBM Sep 2008 debt: £27,927.04start weight: 140.2, week 2: 1380 -
Ooh I love boiled eggs and soldiers!! Nomnom!
Dinah that's massive weiightloss, I'm surprised you can'y actually SEE it shooting off you and running out the door (like on Dr Who!) ... must be a quite expensive diet though what with all the meat!
I think I was jumping the gun a bit there with everything I said yesterday about getting back on FoodFocus, as I'm off work tomorrow and Friday and find it hard to keep track of what I'm eating when I'm not sitting in front of the computer. The whole 11 stone thing gave me a shock though so I'm going to be careful with what I eat until Monday then will get back on the wagon properly. Will weigh in again in Boots either Sun or Mon ...Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
The meat phase is only 5 days, and you can just have veggies and rice if you prefer, but I'm a meat fiend! Aye I don't think we could afford it long term. I can see the difference on my tummy already, its a lot flatter than it was at the weekend.
You're right Poddle, I doubt I'll keep on at this rate, its just the first 5 days are supposedly the intense bit where you loose 4lbs to a stone, and after that apparently its about 2lbs a week.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Wow Dinah, weight loss is great. Is it actually phisically possible to lose 4lbs in 2 days:think:? You see, I never had this experience
.
Spinning was great last night, I was so energetic-not today though, I'm dying, can hardly move my legs.
Breakfast: musli, yoghurt
Lunch: tuna-vegetable salad, yoghurt
Dinner: spaghetti bolognese, fruits.
No snack today-I MUST BE STRONG!0 -
I tried spinning once and I actually couldn't do it, my legs were too weak to support me!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0

:rotfl: .
My OH thinks I have legs of a footballer, they are so strong and muscular:D (I would call them chunky:rotfl:). I blame the years and years of horseriding, and commuting by bike.
