Well done girls - that's brilliant!
Wendz, you must feel great after hitting that milestone - yay for you!
Good luck on your last 2kg Kavics
Well, I joined my new gym on Monday and I'm buzzing to start! My problem is I don't like routine and repetition so I'm planning on doing one or two classes, one gym session and something else (tennis, squash or running along the seafront) to mix it up. Wish me luck!
Wishing you luck:rotfl:

Exactly another 1lb off this week, this 'I'm not dieting anymore' thing seems to be working for me! This brings me to 9stone 10.6lbs. Want to get rid of the 10.6lbs at least before the wedding, but even going at 1lb a week I'd get down to my goal weight before the wedding, so fingers crossed!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

I haven't been around much due to hayfever season, I am far too busy rubbing my eyes, and sneezing. I feel so out of shape even though I managed to go to the gym 5 times last week, it's all due to the allergies I have. I went to the doctor on Thursday, basically he said that I have 'extreme reaction' to everything-dust, pollen, etc. Also due to not feeling well my Gilbert syndrome flared up, so I'm all yellow and my asthma came back after 10 years. I feel it's never going to end, all I want is to stay in bed and sleep. Food wise I've been very good, still had the odd treat though:). I haven't lost anything, so still on 58kgs.0

I am afraid I have been a bit rubbish with all the moving and haven't been eating very well but I am hoping the moving/decorating/furniture building will help a bit in not gaining too much!0

Hi All
Been hiding as i put on that pound i lost the other week, that i put on the week before:mad::mad::mad:
I'm truly fed up with it all..so guess what that means...yup abandoning ALL good sense and stuffing my fat little face. Even though i have only just reached the weight i started WW at last time:eek::eek::eek:
Granted i have a binge eating issue that should be looked at, but it truly is a shambles and i am seriously thinking of not doing WW at £18 a month only to lose the same pound every two weeks...
What do you think i shoud do.
i am of the opinion that i shoud pack in weekly meeting WW (as my only motivation to go is the embarassment of being weighed and found heavier), buy some nice scales and carry on as usual but log onto any and every forum that will help.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.:(Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heavenMatthew 5:30 -
WW clearly isnt working for you, so why keep wasting the money? If it was working fair enough, but it isnt!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Indeed Dinah! I have cancelled my subs and bought a scale and will try my best for free.
Hope everyone is well and making good headway!Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heavenMatthew 5:30 -
Hi All,
I've been to see my OH's family in Poland, it wasn't a long break but long enough. Sadly we had to face a huge problem with his niece, she is 15 and stopped eating on the 22nd January. She was 38kilos on Wednesday, and looks like a walking sceleton. We are both still shocked, just can't believe how stupid she is risking her own life. Anyway, we took her to the dr who hospitalized her straight away, she is getting food and vitamins now through her veins, not a pleasant sight. This made me rethink my attitude towards dieting and food, having a chat with the dr helped me to understand that reaching the perfect body is not as important as having a healthy body. I decided not to be obsessed about my diet as much and if I stay 58 kilos for the rest of my life than it shall be, I will accept and try to love my body. I'm fit and do lots of exercise, that's the most important thing. I hope his niece will get better soon, her appearance just hunts me constantly.0
