    You're allowed to relax and enjoy your birthday! How's the Zumba going? The Shred is only 20 minutes a day - it's 3 different circuits of 6 minutes plus warm up and cool down. There are 3 levels of work out - I was chuffed to move on to level two last week which is actually more fun than level one.

    It's tough, but you really can see your body changing within a week which is an amazing feeling! Can you tell I'm a fan?! :)

    Um, I don't have loads of room - enough to do star jumps and lay down a mat - and preferably somewhere with a window! It's only 20 mins, but a red-faced, sweaty mins, so I'm glad my lounge isn't at the front of the house :D

    I might give it a go tomorrow night, 20 minutes is (more than) enough for me so that's OK! I'm at Zumba again tonight (woo!) and I don't want to be killing myself before my class! I'm also thinking about getting a hula hoop, although the last time I got one I used it once and was in so much pain the next day I was scared to use it again!

    Phew, just done my first session of Jillian Michaels, I'm knackered! It's good though, I can see why you're a fan Poddle! I kept thinking, 'Argh, tired! Must stop!' then she'd shout and say 'don't give up' and I didn't dare defy her!

    I don't have any hand weights though so I have to improvise with xbox microphones!

    Well done you! It really is good - I think I was a bit overzealous on my first session (all those squats!) and it was agonising walking down stairs the next day! I look forward to hearing how you fare tomorrow! :)

    Oh. My. God. I'm dying! Everything hurts! I could barely lift my arm to turn off my alarm this morning! I just went up stairs :eek:... that'll be the last time I do that today! Thank goodness I work on the groud floor... but the kitchen is up there and I want coffee... must sweet talk nice man in the office next to me! :o

    Why didn't you warn me about the squats?!

    Hahahaha! Sorry Birdie but the difference in your last two posts made me laugh! I'm impressed that a video can make you feel like that though, I really want to try it but I can't really do star jumps in my bedroom, the ceiling will go through! :o

    Ha, Birdie! :D Is it that bad?! I'm a bit scared! I've just added that to my Lovefilm list cuz I'm in need of a push. Two weeks til holiday and I've put on 2.5 lbs. :mad:

    Back on it today though. Didn't help that I've been eating chocolate brownies and white choc and fig cookies all week.. :o

    Well I am in a stupid amount of pain but that must be good, right? It is actually good because it's only 20 minutes so even though I was dying after 10 I knew I wouldn't have to carry on much longer! It mixes it up too, 2 minutes of cardio, 2 of strength (with my microphone weights...), 2 of abs (or is it 3? I don't know...) so you don't get a chance to get bored or tired of one exercise.

    I should have known I'd be in pain though, I was naughty and downloaded it (didn't want to buy it to never use it!) and the file name was something like 30DayShredwww.DietingWorld (not really sure) but the xbox (which we play videos through) only reads so much so it came up on screen as 30DayShredwww.Die! :rofl:

    The last of my birthday cake is gone so I can try to get back onto the good stuff food-wise (although I've still got a big Thorntons chocolate princess to eat!). I'm going for an Indian with the girls tonight though so I'm guessing that I'll eat too much and drink too much!
