Thanks Poddle! I'm not up to anything particularly special, just trying to stick to my points really! Are you doing anything?Total Debt (Dec 2015) £11,500 : Currently £7,675Lose 21lb : 0/21

Morning all! Well done to everyone, some good losses there the last few days!
Well as last week was Birthday Week, I'm not weighing in this morning (bad for morale!) but I am back on the wagon with Food Focus. There are squillions of birthday chocs in the house though - I have two boxes of Dairy Box (are they on offer somewhere?) but luckily I find them a bit sickly so they're not too tempting...
So far today I've had two coffees but going onto fruit tea from now. Having a jacket potato with cottage cheese for dinner, I've got a load of salad stuff in for the rest of the week, just didn't make one up for today as wasn't feeling well yesterday and wasn't sure I'd be in work. Going to be making a blueberry cake for OH tomorrow though as he's just got his degree results and he got an upper first! I didn't even know they did 'upper' firsts! So will maybe had a small sliver of that and make him take the rest home with him!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -

You should be! That's brilliantWhat has he been studying and what's he going to do now?

He's a building control surveyor so it's been a pretty 'easy' degree for him in some respects, he already knew everything they were telling him - he's worked his way up from trainee and done the degree on the side rather than study first. What he's going to do now is demand a pay rise as he's entitled to one now he's properly qualified! He wants to do a masters in fire engineering but the one he wants to do is £8k!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0

Wow, well done Mr Tete, the clever clogs!
We ended up being really naughty yesterday, I'd bought one of those meal deal things from Sainsbury's and we had steak and ale with roast potatoes... not too bad I suppose... but not good either. But for tea we went out for pizza (I had a seafood one so not as bad as my normal pizzas!) and we had the pudding from the meal deal when we got home which was a New York Cheesecake! How that is classed as suitable for 2 is beyond me, we were greedy and had half (between us, not each!) and we couldn't contemplate having more! It was lovely though...mmmm.
I bought loads of healthy food on Friday with good intentions of making soup and other nice things for easy lunches but the weekend kind of flew and I never got round to it! Will have to get cooking tonight!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0
