    Right then. Back on food focus today, have inputted breakfast and lunch, and drinks for the day (estimate, its all no added sugar squash so its not huge cals anyway) and I'm left with 427 cals for my dinner and any snacks. So thats doable right? Yesterday went wrong as yet again I ate well for all the meals, then hit the chocolate late on.

    Yesterday was the first proper day of counting points and it went really well, I was 2 points under! I'm saving some for the weekend. And I went for a walk so got some exercise in. I'm feeling positive about the diet!

    +2.2lbs!!!! I don't know where they've come from, its not TOTM and I've not gone over 1500 cals a day for the last week. Not happy. So thats a total of 1.8lbs in the last 5 weeks, which is appauling. And I don't get it, I've stuck to the diet this week, I really need to be able to exercise to do this right :(

    I forgot to weigh myself this morning, d'oh! Not that there's any point, I'm still a tubby gut!

    Sorry about the gain Dinah, maybe it is down to swelling? Perhaps you're retaining water because you can't move very much? Don't even know if that's possible, just grasping at straws here!

    Actually that makes a lot of sense, I've forgotten my blood pressure tablets several days running, and I do get water retention if I don't take one of them now as my body is reliant. Still want to get back to where I was a fortnight ago by next week.

    Oh Dinah, that's rubbish! It's so annoying when that happens :( Have you been drinking enough fluids? Try not to stress, hopefully you'll have a massive loss next week!

    I weighed in yesterday (before I went out to dinner at a friend's) and have lost 2lb which is okay. It still means I'm nowhere near where I was in November, but better off than on!:D
