Darn that sneaky blood pound Tete! But at least you haven't *technically* put on - you're still going to get a big fat plus one though :p

    Thanks :D

Pilchard - fab attitude, glad nephew still doing well :)

Thanks, the stress of breaking up from a relationship hasn't helped though. I'd rather have kept the weight and the boyfriend!

  • Aw Avo :( Try not to think like that - you'll have a fab new boyfriend in no time with your gorgeous new figure!

Woohoo, so I think that is a loss of 6 lbs as I was 9 stone 12 lbs last week.

Wow, that is amazing! Sorry it's been such a stressful time, but I guess this is your silver lining... Chin up!

My nephew came to stay for the weekend and we went out to a friend's house on Saturday night for a meal so I've been so busy I haven't even filled in my weight watchers diary  but the good news is I still lost 2lbs. I think it's partly due to all the running up and downstairs looking after him and then humping his wheelchair everywhere but, although it was hard work, I loved every minute of it! I figure he starts rehab tomorrow and has to get his life back on track with fale legs etc and after everything he's been through and still have a fantastic sense of humour and determination I can be bothered to lose a few pound in weight!

I go away in 2 weeks and want to have reached my 5% goal by then, which is another 3lb to lose so here's to this week!

have a good week everyone xxxx

Tete's right, you have such a brilliant attitude - that's obviously where your nephew gets his from too! He sounds so brave and determined. Good luck for reaching goal x

  • No, of course you're good on your own, don't be silly! Take this time to enjoy having no-one to answer to and no-one pestering you, and no-one putting Match of the Day on while you're trying to have a lie-in on a Sunday! Take some time to enjoy doing the things you love, hope you're ok!
