Feeling ok and doing well so far Ive lost about 9lbs but its really slow going. Had weetabix this morning and really feel like a snack now. Will try and hold out have half tin of tomato soup for lunch following by a special k original bar. Im hoping that will keep me going till tea time, probably salad tonight with sardines. We had the pasta last night and Oh put too much chilli in hot hot! Off for another glass of water. meant to ask anyone tried boillion its like a stock you can have it like a soup too and its really low in calories, just wondered someone mentioned it to me.Visa £[STRIKE]5063 [/STRIKE]now 0. Well done PMMDF, you're losing steadily, how much til Goal 1 now? Don't worry too much Snowdonlily, I'm sure you'll get a loss next week, and Turfy 9lbs is brill, over half a stone! The only time I've tried bouillon was for Fondue, but as far as I remember it was nice enough, not on it's own though I wouldn't think!
I have a horrid feeling I may have put on this week, and not just the sneaky blood-pound I took off on Tuesday! It's about 10 days to TOTM, can I blame that yet?Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -

Don't worry PA, a loss is better than a STS at any rate! Hello Emma!
Well I weighed in this morning (through my fingers)and was 10-3 again so *really* a STS but *technically* I'm +1lb because I took one off on Tuesday! Gah!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
Morning girls!
Well done to everyone who has lost this week :T
Turfy, 9lbs is fab!
Slow and steady wins the race and all thatWell done PMMDF and PA too!
Snowdonlily, I wouldn't worry if you've stayed the same this week - as long as you carry on you may well find you lose more next week. It works in mysterious ways...
Darn that sneaky blood pound Tete! But at least you haven't *technically* put on - you're still going to get a big fat plus one though
Hey Emma! Course you're very welcomehow much are you trying to lose? If you let me know your target and progress, I'll add you to the list on page 1 which I *try* to update weekly...
Nice weekends everyone?
I ate Nando's and Ben & Jerry's last night, so saving weigh in until tomorrow... Bad start to the week, but SO worth it

Morning everyone
Well, good and bad for me this week I guess. My nephew came to stay for the weekend and we went out to a friend's house on Saturday night for a meal so I've been so busy I haven't even filled in my weight watchers diary  but the good news is I still lost 2lbs. I think it's partly due to all the running up and downstairs looking after him and then humping his wheelchair everywhere but, although it was hard work, I loved every minute of it! I figure he starts rehab tomorrow and has to get his life back on track with fale legs etc and after everything he's been through and still have a fantastic sense of humour and determination I can be bothered to lose a few pound in weight!
I go away in 2 weeks and want to have reached my 5% goal by then, which is another 3lb to lose so here's to this week!
have a good week everyone xxxxLet's start again (really need a kick up the bum now) :wall:Virgin CC £9793.710 -
Good morning!!
So, I weighed myself today after getting up, bleary eyed I thought I was seeing something, but I currently weigh 9 stone 6 lbs!!!!! Woohoo, so I think that is a loss of 6 lbs as I was 9 stone 12 lbs last week.
I can't quite believe it, but think i may have had something to do with my TOTM and all that jazz..........but hey, I'm not knocking it! I can't work out where it's gone from on my body though as I don't think I look any thinner!
Hope everyone is getting on well, and hopefully I'll have another loss next week.October make £10/day currently £11.020 -
