  • I don't care tht my cats only want me for food and warmth (Sally sleeps on top of me) I love them millions and terrorize them with cuddles :D

I agree with the others Avo, don't succumb to the chocolate - show him what he's missing!

I'm feeling all virtuous having been to the gym AND had salad for dinner (I won't tell you what I'm having for tea though :o)

Oh, sorry Avogirl, hope you'll feel better soon, taking a break from the diet is understandable. I'm doing ok so far though i think I'm pregnant :o. Feeling quite confused ATM but still resisting the sweets :rotfl:.

Had cornflakes (measured exactly 30g!) for breakfast and a yoghurt, lunch was a handful of tortellini with passata, and dinner will be rice and prawn jafrezi (home made). I'm off spinning tonight, can't wait.

OMG you're pregnant?! Thats fantastic! Stop dieting though - growing baby needs all the minerals and vitamins it can get!

Well, I don't really know if I'm happy or not :(. For years we tried and I wanted to be, and now when we decide not to try, it happens (having an accident or two ;) ). I'm confused...

I'm not dieting though, just eating sensible. Growing baby doesn't want to have a whale mother ;).

Oh wow, Kavics, that's big news! Congratulations :) It must feel really weird now that you've stopped trying. Go easy on the spinning!

    Hello everyone

The good news is that we never managed Cadbury World so no chocolate damage but the bad news is I have a chest infection (think it's the one I've had for months that never really went) so I'm puffing like a steam train and taking antibiotics. This means no treadmill (or flying puppies!!!) but I'm going to start again when my lungs can remember what it's like to breathe! At least I've had a good weight loss week - 3lbs :j:j:j

Hope everyone else has had a good weight loss week.
    Take care xx
Let's start again (really need a kick up the bum now) :wall:

Yes, have taken a test. I will be 6 weeks pregnant on Friday (know the exact days of the 'accidents'), though last time I miscarried at 6 weeks. My back is killing me and I'm dizzy constantly, and my boobs, they are so painful. I couldn't sleep last night, my mind was just all over the place.

But I'm determined not to put on much weight, my sister gained 4 stones with her kids, she still carries an extra 2 around, she had the approach of eating whatever she wanted throughout the pregnancy-I just want to eat healthily!

So far today: Kellogs cornflakes, and youghurt, lunch will be tortellini again and I will see dinner, no idea yet.
