Morning all! STS for me this morning (10.3), but am donating blood tonight so it'll be interesting to weigh in tomorrow and see if it makes a difference. Because os giving blood I'll be having a larger than normal (diet normal) pasta lunch with quorn and mozzarella, because sometimes when I go to give blood I fail the iron test because I've not eaten enough prior to going.
Well done to PMMDF, are you only 1lb off your first min-goal now?! Can't remember if it was 4lbs?

I haven't weighed in today, I'll do it on Wednesday. I still feel very 10st 10ish though! I must try to stick to diet friendly food this week although I feel a little 'off', think I might have a cold coming and it is very difficult not to comfort eat and drink gallons of Lucozade when I feel ill!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0

Bring it on indeed Kavics!
Well done for weighing in girls! Those who have already started, keep up the good work!
To everyone else - the challenge starts here! Good luck
My aim is to keep track of everything I eat (even if I slip up), exercise like never before and come here for moral support and confession!
I'm also planning to bring down my tea intake and increase my water intake by alternating the two - so if I want a cuppa then I have to drink a glass of water first!
The only problem with that is the outdoor toilets at work (seriously! it's very bohemian, darling) so I tend to cut out drinks as I don't want to sit on a freezing cold toilet seatLBM Sep 2008 debt: £27,927.04start weight: 140.2, week 2: 1380 -

Hello everyone! Well today is the day that I'm going to start getting rid of my wobbly bits!!!! I have just jumped on the scales and I'm 9 stone 12. I would like to get to 9 stone, and would like to loose 2lbs per week. So far today I have had a bowl of crunchy nut for brekky, and a hob nob bar for my elevensies! I have a very active life, so I am allowing myself one treat per day - for example two biscuits, or a chocky bar. I am also going to increase my water intake and eat my five portions of fruit per day.
GOOD LUCK to everyone who is also starting today.
Here we go...............................!!!! Woohoo!!!!!October make £10/day currently £11.020 -
Good luck Avogirly! I'm sure you'll be toned up and back to 9 stone in no time! What kind of exercise do you do? I'm always interested as i've yet to find something I love...LBM Sep 2008 debt: £27,927.04start weight: 140.2, week 2: 1380
