  • Mmm, Start is my absolute fave too! Difficult to come by round here though

I was right, I feel better now I've got a full belly! Back to it I guess!
    Weightloss: 14.5/65lb
  • Good Morning everyone.......today was weigh-in day again and I've lost 3lbs this week which brings my total so far to 8 1/2 lbs!!

I'm in a really good mood this morning, even though I'm at work (and shouldn't really be doing this now!)...I'm wearing a pair of black linen trousers that I couldn't fasten just after Christmas!

I'm trying to be extra good today cos I'm taking DH out for a meal tomorrow.......its his birthday.

Have a good day everyone and keep up the good work x

That's fab Snowdonlily! Gold star for you :T

I'm still easing my way into the challenge but looking forward to going at it with a vengeance on Monday! I had some friends over last night for fajitas (but no wine!) and I haven't been counting points but I'm optimistic that 1lb or so may have slipped off despite dreaded TOTM!

  • Well done Snowdonlily! It's brilliant when you start to see the effects in your clothes as well as just on the scales! Enjoy your meal out, you deserve it!

I'm not so optimistic this week, had a sneaky look yesterday on non-weigh-day and had put on a lb! Maybe 10:4 is my body's ideal weight, I don't seem to be moving from it!

TOTM arrived this morning, hopefully any related gain will be minimised by Wednesday weigh in. Had my WW bagel so far this morning, might have a milkshake soon and then have a late lunch, throat is really scratchy today so not really feeling like eating anyway.

Weighing in as well, this morning: 59.1kgs-130 pounds-blaming the pizza at the weekend. But I'll concentrate now, no more treats! Bring on the weight loss!

Keeping my weigh in for Wednesday as usual, not expecting a loss this week with having the two birthdays in the lasy 7 days (going out for a gorgeous 3 course dinner at favourite restaurant tonight), plus TOTM atm, but would be happy with a sts under these circumstances, and diet will be 100% back on track tomorrow.
