Morning, had a bit of a stressy one as the scales decided just to put 'err' on the screen when turned on! Stuck them by the fire for half an hour and they started working again, so I can report I'm now down to 137.8, I know I confused things by also weighing in and doing maths at the weekend, but that makes my second weekly weigh in at 2.6lbs, with 1.4lbs the first week. Very, very happy at that.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

My weigh in this morning was not good, 2lb on but I'm all bloated up like a small airship at the moment so I expected it!
I've got fruit tea to drink, low calorie crackers and light Philly to snack on and leftover stir fry for lunch so I'm going to try my best to eat well today!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. Ooh well done Dinah on the loss, at least the ERROR wasn't because you're a big heiffer! - Birdie, never mind I'm sure you'll lose after you've stopped being like a small airship!
Been doing my Food focus and only came in at 18 calories over my target yesterday somehow. Been putting my planned food for today in, including a bowl of cereal for after sewing class as I'm always starving, and I come in 52 cals under. I'm having ryvitas and houmous for lunch with a cup a soup, and a Tesco Light Choices chicken and broccoli pie for tea - lots of fruit teas through the day and I shouldn't be too hungry!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
Speaking of, I'm coming to sewing class tonight Tete - I'll meet you downstairs?
I think the scales got water in them from the bath last night, so I've moved them to the downstairs loo now.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

I need to show them my mangled top parts and caught dangly bits and see if there is someway to salvage it!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Right, my first foray into the world of fruit teas has not gone so well! Blackcurrant, Ginseng and Vanilla- is it right that every time I force a sip I shudder?!_pale_

That one sounds quite nice actually! Maybe try putting a sweetener in it to take the edge off? I'm currently working my way through an old Yorkshire Tea tin full of mystery fruit tea bags that Grandma had in her cupboard and didn't want - some of them get poured straight down the sink, but most are OK. Hey, it means I don't have to buy any for a good while! :money:Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0

It says on the box to add honey to sweeten, I think I've got some at home so I might try that. In the mean time the office lady took pity on my grimaces and made me a coffee!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary.
