Morning all. Woken up with a very sore throat today, so breakfast is a larger than normal banana milkshake, so about 220cals - simply because its cold and soothing.
Last nights birthday dinner was lovely, but very rich. For the first time in a long long time I'm scared of the scales tomorrow.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

That is one menacing front page with the big red numbers if you gain!
That was Tete's idea! So she'll have to face the music if she's not angelic for the rest of the weekTete are you sure you want me to put you down for 10.2...?
Well done Little Miss! You've lost 7lbs in the last couple of weeks? Keep up the good work
I had a piece of toast and a cuppa this morning and I've already faced (and resisted) leftover croissants and brownies so feeling positive for today.
Sorry to hear you've got a sore throat Dinah, a smoothie sounds like the best medicine!LBM Sep 2008 debt: £27,927.04start weight: 140.2, week 2: 1380 -

Good luck Avogirly! I'm sure you'll be toned up and back to 9 stone in no time! What kind of exercise do you do? I'm always interested as i've yet to find something I love...
Well, I live in the country and have a dog, so I spend loads of time outside messing round with him and going for walks round the village. It's quite muddy at the moment, so my legs are getting a good workout pulling my wellies out of those deep ruts!!!!
I'm not doing very well today. My boyfriend and I have split up..........so I just wanna eat tons of chocolateso far I've had three chocolate digestive biscuits for my elevensies. Feeling very sorry for myself and a little down in the dumps today.

Aw Avo so sorry to hear about you and the bf, tbh I'd be tempted to take a week off from the diet, sending hugs xDebt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Sorry to her that Avogirly
Maybe take the dogout for a good bracing walk to lift the spirits?

Sorry to hear about the break-up Avo. Was it out of the blue or something that's been coming for a while?
Have a break from the diet, but don't go overboard and stuff yourself- you want to look good if you bump into him! Have a nice hot bath tonight with a face mask to make your skin glow and a soothing eye mask to reduce puffy eyes! Then have a nice bowl of ice-cream afterwards! Or hot chocolate fudge cake! Mmmmm, can you tell I'm hungry?!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -
Awhhhhh, thanks guys......you are all just so fab.
It has been brewing for a month or so, we were together for 10 months. I thought I was coping ok, but then the status updates on facebook started...... and now I'm feeling terrible. I haven't even changed my "in a relationship" status yet.........!!!! Grrrrr, men!October make £10/day currently £11.020 -

I've done a lot of hugging of little E!!!! He's such a cool dog and it amazes me that he knows exactly how I'm feeling. He won't leave my side.October make £10/day currently £11.020 -
Aw that's rubbish Avogirly, sorry to hear it! Glad your dog is looking out for you
(I'd love a dog; I love my cat, he's very affectionate, but deep down I know he only loves me because I feed him
)
I don't blame you for the choccie biccies, you need them in times like this! But Birdie's right, a break up is great incentive to lose weight so you look amazing the next time you see him. xLBM Sep 2008 debt: £27,927.04start weight: 140.2, week 2: 1380
