    Hey all

Just did my weigh in and I am down 2lbs in the last 2 weeks. Although my target is actually 12lbs, so I am 2/12 (sorry Poddle forgot to update my own sig).

I am pleased because I have still been eating some chocolate, but only curly wurlies instead of double deckers! I have been eating well and exercising more too, and I am feeling a bit more energetic / better. Hoping to maintain the 1lb per week as that is achievable.

Well done everyone else - some really good weight losses in there!

  • Turfy how long did it take you to lose that? I'm 10-3 at the moment and want to be 9-13 by the 12th! Don't know if it's possible though! (Well done by the way!)

Its definately do able I think Tete, if you stuck rigidly to 1200 cals a day for two weeks mathematically you'd hit the goal.

Well done girls! I look forward to the 'official' weigh in, Turfy, but you're off to a great start :)

And I'll update page 1 at the end of Wednesday so we can see how everyone's doing!

Lol your choice really on how important it is to reach that goal in time. Looking at your sig am I correct in saying you're only 1stone and a lb off your goal weight?

  • 11lbs - there's 14lbs in a stone. But I'm going to see what I feel like at about 9-12, because 9-6 might be too scrawny for my height.

  • Hi Guys!!
I am officially starting the wibbly bums challenge today, but have been trying to cut out the junk. I weighed myself today and I am 10st 10lb! Which amazes me as I make that 7lb lost! Not sure how accurate the original weight was now, but I'm happy :)
Can I just ask on the front page is the total in lbs? Can you please adjust mine?
Feeling good already. Will catch up on the thread tomorrow.

  • Morning girls, I can officially(ish) report that a pint of blood weighs 1lb as I'm down to 10st 2 this morning :) Do you think I can count that? I think I might - I've got lots of salad and soup in for the rest of the week and am going to the gym today so it's extra incentive not to be back up to 10-3 next Monday!
