You'll get there Dinah I have complete faith!
Me on the other hand................well, I've had a triangle of Tolblerone already this morning!!!! Whoops! I was stressed and nothing could satisfy me like a bit of chocolate!October make £10/day currently £11.020 -
I reckon it's OK to cheat when the chocolate is worth it Avo. Toblerone = totally worth it. Cheap nasty 'chocolate flavoured candy' = not worth it!
The same with cakes, if it's a perfectly baked moist chocolate cake with dreamy buttercream filling it's worth the calories. A dry, tasteless crumbly chocolate cake is only good for the bin!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -

Well done mum!And everyone else!!
Avo - I agree if we're going to have a little treat, should be something worthwhile
I had the fattest day yesterday. Have tea with my sister and her 2 little ones on Wednesday (Wednesday Club) but even after 2 hours in Tesco we had no inspiration for dinner so when my niece suggested pizza we went along with itThen my nephew choose profiteroles (sp?), nothing fit about them lol.
Anyway back on track today hopefully. Seen my valentines dinner on the M&S advert looking yummy and probably not short of caloriesWill have to get the old exercise TV on later!!
Am planning to make a pan of carrot and corriander soup this afternoon, does anyone have a nice recipe for it? Can't see one on the grocery challenge board. Off to the hospital this morning so will probably sweat off a few lbs in the waiting room, they do like their heating!! x x x:j Baby boy arrived 22nd August 2012 :j

Well done Ilovetea!
I'm tempted by the M&S valentine's meal too, mmm... I never fancy going out on V day for a 'romantic' dinner when you know everyone else is there for the same reason!
I don't imagine it will be a very diet-friendly weekend though as I'm hoping for chocolates! How's everyone else doing?LBM Sep 2008 debt: £27,927.04start weight: 140.2, week 2: 1380 -
Me and OH aren't doing anything for Valentine's Day, we think it's a con!
So I'll be having a roast at my Mum's which I'm really looking forward to.
It's my weigh in day tomorrow and I'm really looking forward to seeing if I've lost any weight this week. So far I have 12 points saved for the weekend and I've been on 2 walks so hopefully I'll see a loss!Total Debt (Dec 2015) £11,500 : Currently £7,675Lose 21lb : 0/21

I know what you mean! I think I'd rather one of my mum's roasts any day, but my mum and dad are going away to soing something romantic. Blerg.

Hate valentines here too, last year my mum cooked dad a lovely 3 course meal, then he came home with a migrane and had to go to bed, so NIM and I were given it instead, was great!
I can now explain the gain this week, as of this morning its TOTM2, I really wish my body didn't feel the need to have 2 or 3 a month!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

I'm not really into the whole V-day thing think it's all a bit commercial and a con. I like to think OH loves me everyday not just 14th Feb. But OH loves it all and wanted to go out etc, still I don't mind, he's cooking the M&S dinner so i'm getting spoiltIt's not diet friendly still, I did get a salad in the deal, and the pudding has fruit on the top
