Absolutely pathetic and vile! People like you, spoil this website. Please read the forum ettiquette and get a life! I came here for advice and got slaughtered. I don't know why you chose to have a problem with me but your attitudes are an absolute disgrace.

I can imagine you all, checking back here, waiting for a reply from me...and will spend the rest of the day trying to make it much worse. Maybe if you got a job or found something constructive to do with your lives, you wouldn't take pleasure in bullying a 25 year old student who was genuienly looking for help.

Get a grip guys...and try and live life in the real world...not starting wars from behind the safety of your computer screens.

I have to say I have not seen anything abusive, but maybe its already been deleted.

But do try not to let a few posts affect you or get to you in such a way, simply click on "ignore" to anyone you feel is being uncivil. On a latter note I hope you get this matter resolved, ensure it is offered just as publicly as it was given to you Good Luck!!!!!

This is, in essence, switching bank accounts though, which quite a lot of people will have done.

Although, you do say "reinstated", so you presumably have the same account numbers. You were out of bank account for what?

OP how much did you actually receive from the back as a apology as you havent said and I wondered if you have been able to check yet ?

I can understand it was embarassing but they have reinstated your accounts, apologised and given you some form of goodwill gesture i am not sure what else they can do really?

If it bothering you this much open accounts and bank elsewhere.
