Thank you for the reply. I understand that i have done wrong and i know i will be punished. All i want to know is do i go to the police or solicitors, if so who's solicitors? as the family member does not know who signed it and iv kept quiet.0 -
go to police, tell them everything. Everything MIL has said, your health needs. Do you have a CPN that could support you? Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
If it is a wind up, shame on you.
If it isnt wind up, oh yes, youre sorry, every body is sorry when they get caught. They are really only sorry that they did get caught.
Its nothing to do with your mental illness, stop trying to justify it.
you knew you were doing wrong.
Take responsibility for yourself.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
This must be a joke.
If its not a joke, you deserve everything coming to you. Why on earth would you post on a public money saving forum and expect sympathy about you forging a document to deprive other people of property.
I think most of us here have better things to do than spend time advising criminals.0 -
Your MIL is quite a shrewd woman.
She knew you would quite possibly get away with it due to your state of mind - hence choosing you, howeever, you will now have to prove that you were at the time mentally unstable and can't be held responsible for your own actions.
This is the only thing that would get you off with this - however, she was obviously scuppered in her plans as you have all been found out.
I just hope you really can prove you didn't know what you were doing - because the onus is on you now. NOT your MIL who is obviously going to save her own skin and lie!
She never signed it - you did. How would your wife feel about you owning up to the fact that her mother is a scheming witch who has used you?:cool:0 -
