    Morning all

Ancasta that is perfectly normal :D

It's going to be another hot one today. I'm off into town as soon as I've done the school run as I don't want to be wandering around town in the heat. I have the last of the school uniform to pick up and some socks and tights to get for DD. DS has just told me he doesn't need another school jumper so that will save me some money. I have a question to ask but I'll do that in a separate thread.

I'm going to take the wally trolley in today as I always buy too much and can't carry it home, last time I had to phone DH and ask him to come and pick me up :(

I have 2 boots vouchers and 1 Adams voucher to spend too, I must get DD's teacher a present. I don't normally bother but she has been a complete angel and DD has done brilliantly in her first year so I do want to say thank you.

Must go, I have some flying to do before I do the school run.

Morning, about to go sort DD out but thought I'd do a quick post first :o

Blooming workmen are outside already, fortunately they're re-laying the paving slabs outside ours & next doors (where there was the gas leak) so hopefully OH should be able to park outside tonight instead of over the road

Better go, just noticed the time

    Morning all

Had a lovely weekend with friends and now back to the reality of Monday morning with a bump. Only one little one today and he's not arriving until mid-morning which is great.

I stripped the covers from the sofas last night and got them all washed, they're just waiting to go on the line, need to give the floors a good going over with the steam cleaner as the cats brought in 3 dead things last night and made a lovely mess. There's a huge pile of ironing with my name on too - luckily my bedroom doesn't get the sun until around 4pm so I should be able to whizz through it during little ones nap time.

Ohhhhh I wish it was school hols this week......you can bet it rains next week as soon as they break up!

Hope you all have a great day.

    morning all

alarm clock battery went dead at 11.35 last night - didnt wake up until 8.10 - an hour late for me.

todays tasks include getting to tescos and back before it gets too hot, doing the ironing before it gets to hot ( notice a trend here lol ) and burning a big pile of rubbish in the garden - before it gets too hot. dont fancy my chances somehow

    breakfast: cornflakes
lunch: cheese and tomato toasted sandwich
dinner: chicken salad with new potatoes. apple pie and cream.

really need to get stuff listed on amazon and ebay but sooo dont feel like doing that.

off to walk the dog now ---- you guessed it --- before it gets too hot!! lol

    have a good one.

    Good morning to you guys!

Am relatively new to this board, but love it!

Getting married next week Saturday :j Just hope that the weather stays like this.

All in all, our wedding will cost us 1000 pounds! I am really pleased. Also got a last minute discount on the buffet for the guests and a great taxi quote!

Will be at work all day, so no chance to do much organising. Me and the oh spent all weekend working on our compilation cds for the party as we have no dj. It was good fun, and if noone dances to our collection than I really don't know what will make them dance...

Breakfast: Home made muesli, like every morning, tesco value oatmeal with linseed and wheat bran and soya milk...
    Made sandwiches for lunch.

Dinner: not sure yet, but the fridge and freezer are full, so should not be a problem. Spent 43 pounds of our 86 pounds grocery budget so far, so we are totally on target :j

It's going well at the moment...

    Morning everyone

It's too flippin' hot! BrokenWings, I have utter sympathy with you! I'm at w***, still managing to break sweat even though the aircon is on. It's laugh a minute at the minute, miseryguts behind me is in total silence mode (or grunt if she has to). Ah well, I'm off all next week, nothing in particular planned - I'm not a hot weather kind of person so try not to go away in the summer months - we are encouraged to use up holiday during the summer months when it's a bit quieter.

I've been checking on discussion time about Chivers the kitty who is stuck up a tree - seems he's still there. Not good in weather like this. Hope he descends v.soon.

Better toddle off and do something. See you all later.

Just popped on here before taking DD to York - we needa check up to confirm her sinus surgery can go ahead on Thursday.

We see dad's doctor at the hospice tomorrow- either to say he is ill enough to stay there or he needs to be moved elsewhere - do not know what to hope for. We took him in the courtyard for a cup of tea last night but he was so uncomfortable we had to get him back to bed.

    Hugs to everybody.

    Thank you :-)

We are going to Austria, staying in a lovely private guesthouse right by a big lake with lots of things to do... Should be very lovely.

I will try and put pics up :-) We haven't got a photographer, so am hoping my relatives will manage to take some decent pictures :-) Got seven disposables at lidl for 1,99 each last month!
