Somehow I think bean's teasing us. On the first scan it bounced around so much it took ages to get a reading. On this second scan we got a little wave, a wiggle of the feet, a cord in the way of the essentials and it was in a difficult position.

I'm just hoping DD's scan wasn't foretelling the future! I asked the radiographer if she could tell me the sex, in the same breath she said it's not always possible but I'll try - Oh it's a girl! DD was lying facing the scanner with her legs akimbo :rotfl:

The only thing that is certain with kids is that they are sent to try us - good luck :D

    Well this is fun.

The same week as our broadband router decides it won't be talking to our wifi cards any more, my dialup modem goes belly up with its legs in the air!

So I am now on the internet in the only remaining way I can be - sitting on the stairs connected to the phone inlet port by a 2m-long USB cable.

Methinks I will be spending less time on the net until the router is working again!!!

At least I now know it's the router that's playing up - Tiscali is working fine via direct connection, and the router lights are flashing but my PC's not recognising any websites through it!

    Ah well

No thunder storms here today - just hot and sticky still - well thats my excuse for not doing the ironing again!

I havnt actually stopped all day but stayed in my office getting more paperwork done as it was cooler in there, hope the temperature drops a little tomm as I will have no choice but too iron then.

Changed mind about tea also as it was too hot to have the oven on - had tuna salad for tea so will have pork strips tomm now.

Off for an early night as really want to get a little housework done before start the ironing tom.

    Have a good evening.

    Goodmorning everyone,

We were all little chatterboxes last night weren't me. :p I've woken up with red bloodshot gritty itchy eyes. Very nice look. :D:confused: I bathed them in warm salted water and will continue to do that. Hopefully that will sort them out. Nice to hear from you Math. Queenie hasn't been on for a while either.

Bargain Rzl Both of the flats looked lovely. All your hard work will pay off.

MsLondon Love to meet up for a cuppa. Are you coming to Brisbane?

Snowy I've never heard of the other meaning in *gaffe*. To me it means a mistake. But do tell. :D

Rdchap It still may be a boy yet. When I had a scan with YS they couldn't tell either because of the cord. I already had one of each, so it didn't worry me but I had a gut feeling it was a boy. You should go with that. Girls are sweet anyway except for that teenage part.

Well another chilly day this morning. I better get cracking. See you all later. Byeeeeeeeeeeee
Don't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia. ;)

Good morning Essex girl, and all who follow,

Well, i had quite a good nights sleep last night, well, when i say that, i didnt wake up at 5am like i normally do, which was a lovely surprise when i woke at 6.30!!!! So feeling quite wide awake now, mind you, the weather is lousy and of course, today is the day i decide to wear a nice summer dress in hope of a nice day!!! Never mind, the garden needs the rain!!!!
Just one little one here today, so should be a nice relaxing day. have to go to the post office and post an amazon package (finally sold it to a proper customer, kept getting fraudulent emails and enquiry emails from people in Nigeria!!!) but apart from that, have a quiet day planned.
BM is already on, DW loaded, just need a few more dishes before putting it on.
Right, DS wants his breakfast, so hope everyone has a lovely day,
    Take care xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Morning Essex-girl & everyone that follows,

Just a quickie this morning as another hot & sticky night and the shower is calling.

Some serious cleaning needs doing today as not much been done recently.

In this weather I do my ironing outside in the shade (sad I know) but at least it gets done and cooler than been indoors.

Anyway will pop back later running late as slept in,

    Take care,
    Ice
