I don't know how happy you'd be to make me a coffee at 11.15 pm :rotfl:

I thought the Crypt one was weekly? They usually queue up all down my road, block the whole road (why can't they pull over onto the grass verge?), have their radios on, get the flasks out for coffee, get out of the cars and chat to others AT 6.30am ON A SUNDAY  Right outside my house  It's obviously regular sellers doing this, they all seem to know each other.

Dunno why the school don't them in early, there's plenty of room on the fields.

It's just a bit drizzley, hopefully it'll stop altogether :D

No, it's just once a month, they always stick a big yellow poster outside the school gates and a flyer round the bootsale, trust this months to be today :(

:hello: Gooooooood Morning, fellow OS'ers :D:D:D
    :bdaycake:Belated birthday wishes Snowy Owl

    Happy Birthday, taplady :bdaycake:
Welcome snoozer :hello: glad you've decided to join us, always lovely to have new faces.

cat - hope you slept well last night after such a lovely evening out. Enjoy your day of tranquility before the children return ;)

PP - enjoy your visitors, good luck tomorrow.

Snowy - set your timer for a 10 minute quickie on the kitchen worksurfaces and then you can enjoy your walk ;)

Icemaiden - hope you get a bumper supply of strawberries for your jam and pies, nothing beats the taste of hm strawberry jam  (Do you leave nice chunks of strawberries in yours? Far better, imo, than the pureed mush of shop bought).

Amanda666 - enjoy the bbq with the Outlaws . :)

troo - pay attention! Congrats on your HM Yogurt :T :T If you have no berries to hand, you can 'flavour' it with a good blob of your favourite jam (or honey, or tinned fruit pureed).

twink - my chook is a 'liberated' x-battery hen. As for a website, check out: The Battery Hen Welfare Trust

moggins - happy bargain hunting at the boot fair and enjoy a couple of hours respite. Hope the rain eases!

Essex - hope you have a lovely time at the caravan and really enjoy your I-pod ... treated myself to an MP3 player a few weeks ago from some PMS and I've been having great fun playing with it :D (I was going to write about that in a mo! )

brokenwings - travel safely and hope your stay in London isn't too long!!

Aussielass - :rotfl: I was always under the impression that after a few drinks, others looked *more* attractive!?

Yesterday ended up rather pleasant in some unexpected ways  After the boys footie practise, one of D12yo's friends phoned and asked if he wanted to go and see "Stormbreaker" - we'd only seen it was out on Richard & Judy the night before and had talked about seeing it during the hols so this was a great opportunity for him and he included his dbro when he accepted the invite :rotfl: I played taxi, then wondered what I should do with myself for that time. Had my MP3 in my bag and decided on a beach walk. There were relatively few people about so it was great to stride out, skirt hitched, music of my choice, a cheeky paddle and a fab exfoliator for the heels :D:D Walking on sand really does stretch the leg muscles!

Going back at some point today with the lads but I'll dress for it this time.

Really late night because I decided that I needed to add more music to the MP3 and fathoming it all out again took a bit of jiggling and then of course, I just *had* to listen to them all to make sure they'd copied properly, but hey, sitting on the patio after midnight was a cooling experience ;):)

Whites on, colours next, BM going on in a mo, then a quick 20 minute whip round before it gets too, too, hot and sticky.

Brunch: Scrambled eggs with smoked salmon (ok, they are the cheapy trimmings, but they taste just as good), fresh fruit.

Dinner: Mixed bean salad, cold chicken, hm coleslaw and hm rolls. Evap/jelly fluff for dessert.

Have a lovely, OS Sunday :D:D:D

Queenie It would have taken more than a few. :D Maybe a full keg. That's being unkind isn't it. :oSlinks quietly out the room head held low. Forgive me.

Don't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia. ;)

Kaz, I think you must have my hangover too! My head's as clear as a bell!:D

Sorry you're suffering, I expect it's this oppressive heat or did you have too much refereeing yestarday!!

As mum to 4 boys I know the endless possibilities for conflict!! But now they're all grown up we have very few fallouts, they're actually very close even the one who lives in Canada.:D

Hope you're feeling better by the time you read this. CMxx
