That says that you are synchronised at 16 Mbps Download and 1Mbps upload, what website are you using to run your speedtest? and are you using a wireless or wired connection on the computer running the test?0 -

I'm using speedtest.net. and I get the same reading from a wired and wireless connection.
Oh, and that site says my ISP is 'Be' (not 02).

Be/O2 are the same network so thats understandable.
On speedtest are you sure that you are selecting the recommended test server location?0 -

Ok my line stats show a synchronised rate of 6Mb - Speedtest.net shows this.
What server are you using - Derry is usually the default and it's rubbish. Change to Maidenhead or London and do another test.Oh, and that site says my ISP is 'Be' (not 02).
It will do - O2/Be is the same.0 -

I agree.
They have been helping me out these last few days. I'm new to ADSL - been a cable customer for 13 years, most of which with BB.
