Still don't know what my limit is and haven't received my card yet, but £9,950 has appeared in my Egg Money account
Comfortable £300 stoozing profit on that.

I'm away from home at the moment but have noticed that £4500 has been BT from my Vigin card, which is what I asked for.
If my credit limit is say £8000 will I be able to do another BT to egg money or should I have done it at the application stage?0 -

As far as I am aware it has to be done in the first 3 months of opening the account so you should be fine hopefully. (if you have that limit anyway - I asked for £8000 ish and got £3200).0 -

If it's the Santander Zero you're using, you can transfer balances to it throughout the 0% promotion period - no 30/60/90 day limit according to their CS people. 90 days is the limit on transferring balances to a new Virgin Card."A child of five could understand this. I tried to read through most of the posts but there are 20 pages of them so I'd thought I'd ask outright.
I just got the Santader Zero card and activated it. I'm going to NZ for holiday so I thought it would be useful if I need to get money out since it seems the cheapest way. I have cash with me but if I run out I will get some cash from an ATM and then immediately pay it in from my online banking directly to the credit card
My question is: Can I use the balance transfer for a bank account? I don't have any other CC debts but I can use the money to pay my car insurance and then pay Santander in installments without extra interest. I applied through A&L cause I got an account so not even the 3% would apply to me.
Has anyone done that or just CC to CC?0 -

I couldn't even go through the first page, it wouldn't accept my card number!0

Hmmm is this going to be another deal where you should expect what you pay for? Zero fees means zero customer service? I guess we need to talk to someone on their offshore call centre!0
