Sorry I know this has probably been asked but I can't find it. I want to make a turkey curry in my SC. Has anyone got a recipe, I have the raw turkey, pataks curry paste and some plain yoghurt (If that is needed.
Help please:D
i've had a quick look at the recipie index (link at top right of page) but oddly can't see one!
i'd just bung the turkey (either diced or a whole leg) in the s/c with the suggested amount of paste from the jar and the suggested amount of water, add a chopped onion and make a carrot&mustard seed or mint raita with the yogurt.

I've just done my first whole chicken - inspired by this thread so thanks to all! Raised it up on a trivet, shoved a lemon plus half a head of garlic up it's bum then rubbed it all over with smoked paprika. Mmmmmmmmmmmm
Tonight it's going to be a bargain pizza base sauce. 10 punnets of cherry toms (10p each in Mr T last night yay) with garlic and balsamic vinegar. I reckon 6 hours and after that they'll still need a reduction on the stove top. Should make a lot though as they fill my 6.5L cooker.
can't find my smileys - this post looks too austere!0 -
