    Thanks will get a timer - a little unsure about leaving the browned meat or meat in hot liquid? Is that right?

    Gammon, carrots and leek, ate gammon with new pots, veg and a cheese sauce for dinner.

    Chucked some broth mix in veg and stock remains for soup for lunches.
    Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

    £300/£130
  • Gammon, carrots, leeks, swede, parsnips, 1 ham stock cube and about 500ml of water, 1 tin chopped tomatoes, tom puree, paprika, 1 red chilli (most of seeds out). Take gammon out after about 7 hours and shread and return to cooker. Thicken and serve when veg cooked.
    Mash some spuds.

  • Corned beef hash. Totally different method to my usual but saw a slow cooker recipe and thought I would give it a go. We love all the ingredients that go into it so figured what's not to like!!

    mushroom soup trying to empty freezers and found 2 bags so its bubbling away will add some cream and blitz when ready

    After some recipes from here tomorrow I'm going to create my own (chicken with green pepper & mushrooms).. will post Wed if it comes out nice enough!
