I have 3 chicken thighs, Carrots, Courgettes and broccoli and a chicken casserole sauce? Never used thighs before or a packets mix in the SC but am looking forward to it.

Gammon joint with a can of coke and an onion. Tasty, quick and easy! :T

Hoping to slice some for sandwiches and usually make a pie with the little bits that don't slice v well (usually because I can't wait until it cools before I slice it ;) )

When I make gammon pie I make cheese sauce and add
chicken breast to the gammon too- lovely! :D

Got some chorizo, squid rings, onions and smokey tomato sauce in mine. Bought two lots of fresh squid and quick fried the first lot....apparently you either cook it very fast or very slow. Sadly I could have bounced it off the walls so trying the slooooooow approach this time. Smells good anyway

I love my slow cooker. Today I made Spicy Moroccan Soup- used my H/M chicken stock as a base and added cubed potato, carrot, an onion, a can of chickpeas, a can of tinned tomatoes, garlic, grated root ginger, turmeric, cinnamon & paprika and just added fresh coriander before serving. Really yummy, filling & made enough for 2 meals.
