Lots of free tomatoes - onions -veg stock- free mushrooms and peppers-a tin of v toms! I should have enough sauce when its all cooked for several meals (pasta -meatballs etc) and its only cost my the price of one stock cube , a value tin of tomatoes (for extra juice!)and half a tube of tomato puree. So about 40p then :D

Whole chicken in mine, with 1/4 lemon, whole head garlic, and one onion shoved in its cavity. Sprinkled seasalt, rosemary, allspice, and black pepper over the top, plus 1cm water in the bottom, on high.

Chicken stock. All the bones, scraps, etc from yesterday simmering away in water, with onion. Still got most of the meat reserved for today.

I've got carrot and yam soup in mine at the moment!
I haven't used it for months and months because everything I made in it tasted watery and identical. Lets hope this one turns out better or I might be persuaded to freecycle it. :(
