I think there's a difference between coming across a bargain and waiting endlessly to save 20p - if i'd seen the cakes reduced I might have bought them but then if I'd wanted them I would have bought them at full price too, I wouldnt have waited to see if I could save a further fraction of a penny and then cry like a big girls blouse about it.

Never got the bed, would have been great if I did but it didnt happen, I never complained or sued though, the money was taken out of my account and then put back in a few days later and that was the end of that ;) and what is this thing on here where people trawl through your old posts  - isnt that stalker behaviour ??? :rotfl:

    I see...interesting.....yes--I am a stalker..a big cheap stalker..
So the OP waited "endlessly"-so did you.
The OP wanted a genuine bargain-you tried to take advantage of a mistake.
I know what I think is cheap behaviour there, seeing you brought the subject up.

Not even a good stalker :rotfl: I just re-read the thread and, if you had done similar, from comparing other items in the sale I concluded that it was a genuine sale so placed an order - didnt get the item and that was the end of that, but I know what happened now - all the freemans staff jumped from their desks, hurdled their way across the office to the warehouse and put all the cheap beds aside for themselves :eek: I must get on to the papers - this is SHOCKING behaviour and the very thought of it - OH MY GOODNESS :eek::rotfl::rotfl:

Get real! The OP HAD a bargain but was too tight even to buy it at that price, he got what he deserved for being a miser - somebody summed it up earlier with the 'picking pennies out of poo' - I bet he squeaks when he walks as well :rotfl:
:D I understand ALOT more than I care to let on :D

This is hysterical! :rotfl::rotfl:Can't believe that this is a money saving forum and you have people accusing others of being cheap, misers, tight! :rotfl:

The idea is to save money you lot of ninnies! And everyone looks for a bargain, because if you don't, what on earth are you doing on here?!?!?

And as the OP has said, it isn't about the money, but the customer service! And since when is buying from marked down goods something to be sneered at?!?!?

While all you snobs, who stick their noses up in their air over buying from discounted goods, are paying over the top prices for items, those who are frugal and look out for bargains, are putting away savings for a rainy day! ;)

Yes, it's when you run and then jump over something - in this case desks and poor old Violet who does the photocopying and still suffers flashbacks to that night :p

and those who just plainly do not wish to pay for anything and begrudge others from obtaining a bargain are awful, bargain hunter - fine, tight as... not nice !
