I WI at 6pm so I eat normal all day but I have my tea when I get home only cause I don't have time to cook before I went to first WI so I've stuck to it. Then when I get home I have tea but don't count or weigh food then back on track the next day.
No you`re quite right. I just wanted to see what other people do - think I`m nearly there at Goal so will have lost 17 lbs in total. I dont count dinner after W.I. either!0 -
Well I'm feeling pretty good about this week so far - but I am due on my monthly gift this week so am dreading the fact that I seem to gain and retain a whole bunch of fluid for the week - gah!
So far today I've had a cereal bar for breakfast and a weight watchers frozen ready meal for lunch. I did have planned on my tracker a fresh weight watchers macaroni cheese meal..but when I got it out of the fridge it was dates Jan 26th :eek: All my others had been Feb 26th so was suprised when I read the bb date and it went straight in he bin. Booo!
I've got a chicken and mozarella bake planned for tea tonight which is hefty points but am going to fill up on veg as a side
Once I've done the dishes I'm going to get straight into my exercise dvd and do as much as possible. I haven't done any exercise for the past 2 days which is terrible, so I need to step up my game today!
Was planning on taking the dogs out for a walk, but it's just started snowing and I'm terrified of slipping on my !!! and breaking something - my luck is terrible! So that will have to be postponed till later if the snow stops.
I made cupcakes yesterday (i'm learning to be a baker/cake maker) and managed to only eat 1..and allowed 4.5 points for it. Hi, just realised I didn't remember to post my weight loss for last week which was 1lb and yesterday it was 3lb lost so v.happy :j . Didn't think I'd manage to lose that much on 30 pts a day (10 extra for feeding baby!) but seems to be working!

That was what I was like when I first started WW how can having extra 10 pts really help the weight loss but it does. I lost nearly 3 stone before having to give up feeding (not my choice) enjoy all those pts while you can I found it hard when I lost them.
Well i've done 13116 steps gained 3 extra pts.:j not that i'm going to use them.
I'm aiming 12000 a day thats 840000 this week so only another 70884 togo:eek:

Ignore that!! Suddenly realised I had my big heavy belt on AND my purse was in my pocket so weighed myself again (3 times to be sure) aaaaaaand I've now officially LOST A STONE.

One of my slowest weeks though so sticking to being strict. This eve I had a lovely dinner. 1x thai crab fishcake from sainsburys (3pts), ww creme fraiche (1pt) with chopped spring onion & lemon and a big salad with it drizzled with sweet balsamic dressing again from sainsburys (0.5pts).* Save £s - Lose lbs *
