    Hi guys n gals,

Apologies for not updating the first page the other day, I'm just extremely busy at the moment and finding it hard to keep up.

Please can you pop your weight losses in big red letters so that I can see them easily - it will mean I can keep up with you all a bit better . Also any newbies, big red letters please :D

Doing well here and I'm currently updating my wardrobe as I have NO size 16 clothes and short of walking around naked, I thought I'd better do something about it :p. So, I've been over on the fashion thread and they've all been helping me :T.

We're off out for a meal tonight (Harvester) and I really ought to skip dessert - I think I'll have a spoonful of DHs just so that I don't feel like I'm missing out. Piri piri chicken is going to be my choice at 8 points for the dish. I'm determined to get to 13st by Easter !!

Right off to update first page, well done to everyone who's lost weight this week ! :T

    quick question:

the vouchers that come through for the monthly pass members - are these just for in meetings, just for shops or can be used in both?

    thanks

  • ooh, i seem to have missed that stir fry recipe, can u post it for me bramble? me and the oh love a good stir fry (and if your oh didnt grumble about it being from a diet book it sounds perfect for my oh)

not sure what is gonna happen at my weigh in tonight, have been a little poorly so on some of the days only managed to force about 11 points down (should be eating 23) and lots of water. fingers crossed!!!

  • Ugh off to the gym. Really feel like staying home under a blanket but off I trot with the motivation of eating 2 fishcakes tonight rather than 1. I'm earning the right!!!

  • well, i put on 1.5lbs :( could of been worse i suppose and the leader did say it was because i hadnt eaten enough on the days where i was poorly. Am off work next week so gonna try and up my exercise when ds2 has his nap and off walking with him in pram if the snow holds off.

Going on a hen do on sat so guessing the points will kinda slip but will be doing lots of walking and dancing so should hopefully even itself out.

shopaholic232 it's just a thought but could you possibly have a problem with your thyroid? Reason I ask is that I know someone who's been trying to lose weight for ages and it was her thyroid that was stopping her.

Docs can do a simple test - it might be worth making an appointment?
