Wasn't very good food wise yesterday. Didn't have much sleep kids had me up most of night so I was very tired. I tired so hard all day even managed to do 13090 steps. My down fall was when the kids went to bed hadn't had tea and just grabed any thing and every thing. Just hoping that the extra 9 pts i've gained by all the extra walking will help when I WI on monday. I could kick myself but today is a new day and I'm hoping to stay on track.
Well done hjb123:T

Hi blackwidow and welcome. It really is a fine balance getting the amount that you eat right as if you cut back too much your body goes into "starve mode" and holds on to everything already stored. Good luck with your weight losses though. xBack for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Hi there I'm the same I've lost 3lbs since 11th Jan all due to the dreaded wine monster and weekend lapses. If you need some motivation do you want to buddy up for a couple of weeks to see if we can get some of this weight shifted. We can swap menu's/ trackers to double check that we're pointing correctly and also make the right choices. Eating carp even within your points limit can still show a gain on the scales, according to my leader.

- i added a bit more pork and prawns for the OH to fill him up a bit more and also cooked the pork for longer than suggested, but the end result was lovely, can't wait to have it again!Annual Grocery Budget £364.00/£1500

How many points are you on? Try 18 a day for a week if you're on more to kick start it - there are 7 meal plans in the pack for 18 a day.0 -
Hello everyone - can I join in please?
I've been doing WW Online - well I use the term "doing" loosely. I signed up on Boxing Day and to be honest I'm not following it at all any more. I am going to join a meeting tomorrow morning and start again.
Does anyone know, do you need a voucher to claim the free registration and meeting or will they apply it automatically to a new member? I used to clerk for a meeting ages ago and they would often tell us no voucher, no discount. I don't have a printer to print one off the website though.
EDIT - In fact scrap that last bit, I have found a voucher in last week's NOTW0
