Hi I was wondering if there was any way of checking out the names of the ww leaders who takes the meeting. There a several meetings that I could go to but would like to go back to the same leader( if thats the right word ) that I went to years ago presumming that she still takes meetings. I live near Edinburgh so any Edinburgh or East Lothian meeting would do ,thanks0

Okay so I joined
Can you add me to the list please - my aim is to lose 4 stone to get to a target of 9 stone - yikes!
It has begun badly by picking up full fat natural yogurt at the supermarket by mistake - well of course I didn't realise this until after I had eaten loads of it0 -

But think of all the calcium hon! Don't beat yourself up. We all slip up like this. I know i did a couple of weeks ago when I thought I was choosing the best of a bad range of choice of sandwich which turned out to contain 7 points. Hi folks
Been a week off the ww wagon too, not tracking at all. Made the decision at the start of the week not to bother as I had a few nights away on holiday (Yorkshire!) and also there was a bit of comfort eating as we had some bad news last weekend. But stepped on the scales this morning and it was a One Pound Gain up to 12st 2, so not as bad as I had imagined.
Stuck to points today (even though we had a roast!) and planned ahead with salads etc for the weeks lunches. Fingers crossed I can shift that extra pound this week and then get back on a roll. Have been up and down between 12st and 12st 5 since Jan, am desperate to get below 12 stone - even if it means losing another point! Might have to work some exercise into my day if diet alone is not shifting it.
Thanks for all your support and hello to all the newbies! :Tfran-o0 -
Hi all, I've lost another 2lbs this week which means I have lost my 10%. Am so thrilled. We go away in three weeks and I'm hoping to have lost another half stone by then.
Good luck to everyone. xBack for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!
