At long last - took the `scenic route`- now 10 stone 2.5 lbs. Lost 17.5 lbs in total - 2lbs tonight.

Really pleased but worried about maintaining it!

    Well done everyone who lost.
I sort of fell off wagon yesterday I had 2 banana muffins that I had made the kids but have no idear how many points. I'm not going to beat my self up as I had had only 16 pts out of 22pts by that point and I walked about 8 miles 20316 steps and got 6 pts for that so hopefull I have gone too much over.
Note to self I must try harded to say on track today.

Just watched the last ten minutes of "Glamour Puds" on tv, WHY oh why did I do that?! Now all I want is a big fat icing monstrosity! Had a ww mini victoria sponge, but really its just not cutting it. What do you all do to curb your cravings for such things? Cakes are a real downfall of mine, before I started ww I was a more than just a bit of a cupcake fiend.

On an slightly different note I was in poundland today and they have a small selection of ww branded foods. I spotted: sauce jars, crisps, biscuits and chocolate cake bars amoungst other things.

Well done on your loss jtb2412! :)

I did the same. Ended up watching The Hairy Bikers last night. It was a repeat of a Winter Special I had seen before but I was near enough salivating over the fish pie and black puddings! x

Congratulations. Fantastic achievement. How long did the "scenic route" take? x

Just over a year. I stopped going to class for about six weeks because I was annoyed because one of the weighers ringed a weight gain in red and I felt as tho` I was back at school! I remeber thinking that " I am 55 ...not 5 and a half! I continued to pay for Monthly Pass and then decided I had to get on and finish it otherwise I`d be paying forever!

I must admit having tried other diets such as SW and looked at low carbs one, WW is the most sensible and more realistic than most! My main concern is maintaining it now. I am still going to go to class with my buddy who wants to lose about 2 stone so we will support each other.
