Ugh I had such a rubbish day yesterday I had a pizza delivered, shared it with the BF but still a lot of points. I took the cheese off but it's still really bad.

Ho hum...writing that day off as a FAIL and back on the horse today :)

Well I get weighed on mon I expect at least 2 lb on. DD of 18 months has been keeping me up all night on tue and wed then fri she went down with chicken pox:( then to top my week DD of 4years has a rabbit she takes every where but not aloud to take in in to nursey and I managed to lose it. Fell off buggy spent an hr thurs night looking for it. I felt so bad I went to Mc D's then off to Asda for some new toys and for me a big bar of choc:eek:
I'm trying to get back on it today and hoping with all the walking I can limit the damage. I have been ave 14000 steps and have an extra 15 pts so I that will help.
Well done to all the loses and sts:T
To all that put on chin up theres always next week ;)

Reeee-sult! 11st 12, thats a 4lb loss! I know thats a bit more than ww likes you to lose - but considering last week was a pound gain I'm not worried that I'm starving...!
Work salads and meal planning again for the week ahead and I hope i can keep this loss going! Good luck to you all too :j

I take one day at a time and if I do fall off the wagon I try and get straight back on it the next day. I can always remember someone saying if you have a bunch of flowers and one dies you don't throw the lot away just the dead one same as if you have one bad day dont throw the towle in for the week.
Well done The Moog and fran-o :T:j:T
