    Morning all

First page updated with recent weight losses (if any are wrong then just shout).

I lost 0.5lb last night but very pleased with that as it's my TOTM (which I'd forgotten about so me saying nothing would get in the way of my weight loss this week was wrong !)

Next week I'm aiming for 2lb, I shall be very cross with myself if I don't do it :rotfl:.

Well done everyone, we're going great guns, the losses are increasing week by week and you shall all soon be disappearing before our very eyes ! :D

    Well done everyone.

This week I have STS again, oops. More effort required but at least I haven't gained the few lb's I've lost.

Finding it hard to plan, 4 mth old baby not sleeping well so am very tired and prone to grabbing unhealthy snacks at odd times. Oh well, know it won't last forever.

    Have a good week everyone.

Well I put on a LB which i'm happy about. Thought it was going to be a lot more. Fell off wagon middle of week and snacked on choc and takeaways. DD got chicken pox and not sleeping and very grumpy so I gave up. I am back on track today and I am going to lose 3 lb next week. Going to get bike out dont think I can up the walking any more.
    Good luck to everyone

Me too. I fully expected to put weight on so can't complain. I'm back to be focused and tight with my points. Want to be the perfect size 10 for a wedding I'm going to in May.. I might even buy the dress now as motivation!!

You poor thing with your arm. Spent two weeks in a sling a few years ago and it drove me mad, hope you are coping ok.

Just made the ww recipe bbq chicken wraps for dinner and they were lovely, though a bit runny as I made too much sauce! very odd concoction of diet coke, garlic puree, tabasco, ketchup, worcester sauce - somehow tasted great!

Going ok this week, fingers crossed for saturday. Good luck to you all too.
