  • hiya, i've been doing weightwatchers on and off for the last 3 years, and have gone from 14.7 to around 10.2-10.4, but i'm really struggling at the minute. I feel like i'm losing motivation a bit, but i really want to lose at least another stone, so hopefully if i am writing down my weight on here it will help me to motivate myself(thats the theory anyway!)

you are all doing so well!

    well done to everyone's losses!

I'm hoping for 2lbs this week, we shall see!

I have some work trousers that didn't fit at all - couldn't even do the button up before christmas, and now they fit again!!

Got some clothes that i've never ever worn too - i'm too scared to try them on now in case i'm dissapointed, so when i get under the 10stone mark i shall give them a go!

Well im rather annoyed. I lost a measely 0.8 of a pound. I really thought I had cracked it after last weeks 3 pounds and this week would be another couple of pounds as I had been just as good as last week but done even more exercise. I know that you will all probably say its my body equally out after last weeks good loss - still really annoyed though. My body fat is down by 0.2% and my water up by 0.2%. Grrr annoyed as I have mini targets to reach by certain dates and im going to struggle with loses like that.

On the plus side I did aerobic attack and zumba today - aerobic attack was hard - I was literally dripping!!

STS for me this week! but i don't care because it's my birthday. chose healthy options where i could, and had sensible portions of the naughty stuff. feel like i've turned a corner :j
  • Well I had a STS on friday for my weigh in - but I did sod all exercise last week, so I know why I didn't have a loss. Back on the exercise today!

In all honesty, when I had my weigh in on friday I didn't care less that I hadn't lost because I wasn't expecting to due to lack of exercise, and the fact I was going to see Alice in Wonderland at the IMAX, stuff my face at Chiquitos, then see Lady Gaga on that day made it pointless being miffed haha! :rotfl:

Got my weigh in on Tuesday. Lost track a bit with the tracking due to being really busy. Does make you think much more about what your eating though.

    Hi

I have my weigh in tomorrow morning & am not looking forward to it. I was ill for 2 weeks with a chest infection & seemed to fall quite spectacularly off the wagon, hmmm !! I just seemed to lose all momentum. I just had to go back to making one meal for all of us, couldnt be bothered doing something separate for me, & that's before I admit to all the kit kats, cheese on toast .......

Oh dear, ah well a new week starts tomorrow

    good luck to all

    regards

Katy- it was my birthday on Friday so know how you feel! I made the mistake of going to a quiz yesterday and idly eating crisps etc that were put out on our table---ooops!
