    Gained +1lb this week.
No big surprise, lost 4lbs last week so was expecting a STS anyway, but have had a stinky cold and not been too strict with my points. Aiming for a better week this week, fingers crossed!
Booked first wedding dress appointment now, for 1st May. So that gives me about 6 more weeks to reach a weight I feel happy with. To be honest I am delighted that I have reached the size I have already, but a few more pounds off will be great. Once I have chosen and ordered a dress I will need to keep weight stable or only lose up to 7lbs to avoid dress disaster!

Lots of people seem to be doing well, maybe its the springtime sunshine cheering us up! Have a great weekend all x

  • hi all, i was 10 stone 1.2 on monday when i weighed in, so really hoping to break into 9 stone in the next few weeks-i'll admit i haven't really been pointing strictly recently(those easter eggs for 97p in tesco are killing me-bought some for my bf's niece and nephews and we keep eating one and rebuying it cos they're so cheap!) i have been drinking a hell of a lot more water though, and i really think its helping me. Trying to motivate myself to do some exercise to tone myself up,but i really can't be bothered-i have a terrible attitude towards excercise!

We are very similar as I would love to be 9st...something and am so near it now at about 10.1. I also think how realistic is this weight and will I be able to maintain it. Also rather disappointed to find that I only have another 1 point now I`ve reached Gold so tht makes it 18 points which is quite hard sometimes.
  • i'd like to be 9.2, but worry i still won't be happy when(if?) i get there. I find it really hard to lose weight at the minute, and i'm a bit worried that i'm not at a natural weight for my body-i think my body would maybe prefer me to be 11stone or something, because i find at this weight i can maintain really easily, whereas at the weight i am now, i seem to fluctuate really easily, so i'm not sure it can be maintained, unless i'm on a diet for the rest of my days(and i know weightwatchers isn't a 'diet' per se, but i don't want to live off 18 points a day for the rest of my life, because its rubbish sometimes!

your comment about gold confused me-can you explain that? (i don't know much about it, sorry!)

    Hello
I'm new to Weight Watchers and been lurking on this thread since I joined my class on Monday so thought it was about time I introduced myself.

I've done SW in the past so this is all new. I have ME so quite often I'm too tired to cook so at least I can use the WW products for easy meals. I can have 21 points a day and for the first couple of days only used 19.5 but made use of the extra points with a glass of wine last night!

The only thing I'm struggling with so far is working out what I can cook for dinner rather than relying on WW meals. If anyone can give me some advice I'd be grateful.

When you reach your Target weight, you become a Gold member and can attend meetings for free ( a minimum of 5 times a year and stay within 5 lbs of your agreed weight. When I worked out my points, I realised that on Maintenance I went up from 17 - 18 points.

    Hi

I got my 5th silver 7 this week!!! I lost 3 lb (although that was over 2 weeks, as I was at a conference last week) but even so I am happy to still be losing weight.

I started off as a size 18 (sometimes 20) in October, so 5 months ago, but now am wearing size 14. BUT... today tried on a size 12 in a shop - and it fitted!!!! Not yet ready to buy new wardrobe, so am accepting cast-offs to keep me in clothes that don't fall down!
