VALM well done on your 10%
I fell off the wagon again on thrus Kids not sleeping so living on 3 hrs per night so when I'm down I eat. Roll on sat when DH comes home then I get a break for 4 weeks :jwell from getting up in the night. I don't expect to lose but I just hope I don't put on. I have done a lot of walking so hope that will help. Right off to buggy fit
Cheers turbo. Can I just ask (as it's been 11 years since my daughter was born and I've lost touch with baby things) is buggy fit an organised workout or do you just mean you're going out for a walk? xBack for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

STS this week.
Hi, well done those who have lost this week. I'm happy to STS as I was out Sat and Sun with friends for once (have 4 mth old baby so getting out is huge luxury!) Being out has also given me a push to lose more and get back into my pre-kids jeans!! so going to try hard this week.
Have a good one x0 -

Morning everyone, I'm still with you ! I'm less busy this week so I should be able to keep up with everyone's posts.
I've updated first post with losses/gains as appropriate, onefootmotu, I shall do yours shortly
WI for me tonight although I'm not expecting miracles. 1lb would be nice. We ate out (harvester) on Thursday but I was really good, not having a dessert and opting for a low-pointed main. I did share a starter with DS but he ate most of it. I have had a few 'treats' this weekend, DD made some shortbread and flapjack (I do so wish they wouldn't make nice yummy things like that, temptation is far too much).
I'm determined to do some kind of exercise this week, I keep promising myself but never get round to it. I'm getting out in the garden this PM (planting my fruit bushes) and hopefully tomorrow too, weds is kitchen clean up day (cupboards need wiping out, cooker clean, etc etc) so I'll get a bit more 'activity' that day. Thursday if it's nice, I'm going to plan a walk along the beach to the next village and back (approx 3 miles) - please keep your fingers crossed for a nice day !
Well done to all those still on the wagon, Spring is nearlyhere, the sun has some heat in it finally :j. Have a good week everyone ! xx:jWeight loss to date 1st 11.5lb :j0 -
Stepping back onto the wagon today following a hen weekend away. Weighed myself this morning though and its showing a loss of 2lbs!! (must be due to all the dancing?!?!?!:rotfl:) need to keep it at a loss so being very good till my weigh in on thurs.

This weekend was better! I went over my points on Saturday due to half a btl of wine BUT I had points stored up to take care of that.
Official WI day is tomorrow but I might have a sneaky peak before heading off to my step class. My bra is a bit looser so hopefully I've lost a pound or two, fingers crossed!!!
After the gym I'm having fish I think with salad but I'll update later.
Oh AND 2 separate people have now said they didn't recognise me from behind because I've slimmed down so much. Such a great feeling!!! :T* Save £s - Lose lbs *

I lost a lb :j I didn't think I was going to lose as I fell off wagon on fri. I have done a lot of walking and done over 2000 steps more than my weeks target of 840000 steps. Done 19535 steps today and i'm shattered but got 5.5pts for that so I'm happy.GC July £250/0

jtb thank you for organising us all. you're awesome!
well, had a decent day so far but am battling my recent evening habit of popping over to tescos (it is literally outside my door) and getting a couple of packets of crisps AND some chocolate! (really, i deserve to have gained a lot more than i have in the past few weeks. shocking...)
gah! trying to preoccupy self.0 -
