Updating from my weigh in on Monday and lost 1.5lb :jThat makes a total of 5.5lb in 2 weeks.

Hi all feeling a little low with ww at the minute i started on the 11 Jan and have only lost 3.5 pounds in this time sts this week.i stick to my points all week sometimes can be a little bad at the weekend but this isnt good only 3.5 pounds in 6 weeks:(:(:(:(0

It can be so off putting when that happens- do you keep the tracker going? I found it really a bind to write it all down but did find it helped.0

i dont go to a meeting just follow ww online, maybe im doing something wrong. allowed 19 points per day point everything i eat and stick to it apart from weekends are hard0

well yes i started in august but faffed about untill christmas a bit.Well done you :T
Have you been doing WW long?
put 7lbs on during the 6 weeks i didnt attend over xmas:eek:(they were closed for 3 weeks then i couldnt get to a couple)
i was so miffed about the gain but gave myself a good talking too and since then i have been on a roll..
lost 33.5 total 14.5 of that is since mid january.
i have got quite a lot of weight to loose though but with the loss so far i am the lightest ive been since my daughter was born 8 years ago and finaly can see a light at the end of the tunnel lolsealed pot challenge member #9200 -

i had been guessing and couldnt beleve the difference in portion size once i started weighing things.sealed pot challenge member #9200
