Hi. Can I join your thread please, cos you all seem so nice?

I'm going along to my first ww meeting on Thursday but I can only find an address, no contact details - is it ok to just turn up?

    Welcome Aboard,

Yep just turn up at the venue and say that you want to register, they give you a form to fill in then you wait your turn to get weighed. Stay for the talk and at the end your leader will go through the plan with you. Simple as that, meetings can be quite busy but it doesn't take long for your WI.

Good luck for tonight turbo, let us know how you get on no matter what. How much weight have you lost so far? Have you noticed any difference to your energy levels/looks/how your clothing fits. If so, these are good enough reasons to keep going. Come on girl! xx

Went over on my points slightly yesterday - had to let dog out for a wee last night and have a lemon cake bar while waiting - I just couldn't stop myself.

But went for a run before work to make up for it and shalll try to be good today.
