Ugh well this weekend was a complete write off as we were out the whole time so eating on the run which is blooming tricky!!!

Back to being serious today. V.glad I have step class tonight - hopefully it will right my wrongs before my weigh in tomorrow!

Im debating going to a step class tonight but Im scared - lol not done one before, have started doing loads of classes but not got to that one yet, and it hurts to go up and down stairs right now after Legs bums and tums but I think I should force myself to go!!

I've lost 2lbs this week meaning that I have only 2lbs to go to my 10%. I've learnt this week to stay off the scales. Have been of and on them all week and it kept saying STS.

Well done to all the other losers. x
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

  • Had a really rocky few days, been far to busy to track so lets hope its not going to effect tomorrows weigh in too much  Had a massive arguement with my flat mate and we decided we're both moving out, so really stressed out. Must not make that stress make me eat bad things! Eep!

It's brilliant!! We do 40 mins of step then 20 mins of stretches, press ups & sit ups. Going to try & go twice a week but yes it does cause me to walk funny for a couple of days! :)

Hi. Can I join your thread please, cos you all seem so nice?

I've been doing LighterLife (sharp intake of breath, sign of the devil!:shhh:) and lost 4 stone but it is horrendously expensive and since Christmas I was cheating almost daily so I've decided to pack it in and join Weightwatchers. Still want to lose another 1.5 stone for the summer. I'm not sure what is going to happen - whether I'll pile it back on before I start losing again because I'm flinging myself back into food, but if that's what has to happen then so be it. (I'm trying to take it easy but it is soo nice to have real food again without feeling too guilty!). Any advice would be extremely welcome!

I'm going along to my first ww meeting on Thursday but I can only find an address, no contact details - is it ok to just turn up?

I like the WW dorritos and wotsits, but not these! - in fairness it should encourage me to eat fruit or veg instead of crisps atleast!

  • Afternoon everyone,

Managed to claw my way out of the non-ww hell hole that I have landed in for the past couple of weeks and I'm determined to get back on track and shift this weight once and for all.

Gained another 1lb this week but still showing an overall lose of 3lbs since I started on the 11th Jan so could have been worse but could have been a lot better as well!! IYKWIM

One problem I'm having issues with is guesstimating points when I need to eat out/ or eat food cooked by other people. I tend to think sod it I'm probably over for the day and then keep eating like there's no tomorrow. Therefore I have decided that I'm just going to count it as say 8pts for dinner and then carry on with the plan as normal. It was getting to the stage that I was avoiding going out as I dreaded the whole what am I going to eat issue, but I need to live for today and include these occasions as part of my plan.

We're planning on going to my mum's on Friday so I'll save points for a couple of glasses of wine and then eat what's given and point it as 8pts regardless of what it is. Therefore Sat & Sun then should be as normal.

Fingers crossed for a loss next week......

Also major embarrassment last week when I went to the physio and she asked my weight (14stone 7lbs) and then my height (5'2") and she took a large intact of breath and said hmmm that's pretty bad have you thought of WW. :( She then asked me to strip to my undies so as you can imagine I was well pleased with that request. Also have a 2hr session with her on Thurs this week and I'm sooooo looking forward to that.
