I have signed up for the Rotherham one with some work colleagues.
I have never been running. How do I start? Do I need new shoes? Do I start with some walks? Eek!
Good luck Sian - i really recommend checking out the thread in this forum called 'couch to 5k' it's the program i've decided to follow, it's interval training pretty much, running a bit then walking a bit then running again etc etc building it up week by week!

I recommend getting proper running trainers, you don't want to risk unessesary injury! and a good sports bra too!

    I acheee today!

Also, i found some WW Pies last night in the frozen aisle at Sainsburys but after some investigation realised that the quorn 'chicken' and mushroom pie is 5 points and the WW is 6 points, and the quorn one is cheaper! So went for them instead. Just about to pop it in the oven for the taste test!

    Food today has been
    English Muffin and Scramble egg
    WW Bagel and light spead
Quorn pie with mash and carrots
    Glass of wine.

So I should be getting some sleep now. Today I plan to step up my exercise dvd to 20 mins and get out walking with my dogs :) Being so unfit is terrible - i'm slowly reintroducing myself to exercise and it's going pretty well.

Planning to have some yummy spaghetti bolognaise for tea - delicious :D

This friday I WILL lose! :j
