I had a sneak peak weigh in this morning +3lbs apparently!! Got to get shot of that before tomorrow - i know it's not actually a 3lb gain, i haven't eaten enough, but still!!

    Menu for today

    B - 25g porridge with water
S - Lemon Slice (and 2 rice tea's not good)
L - Oat topped roll, extra light laughing cow triangle, ww yoghurt and ww cheese puffs
D - veg stew with boiled potatoes
    s - WW Chocolate pot

I've stopped walking to the station and started driving to work again, and i've really struggled with getting up early to do half hour of exercise before work. Any tips on motivation?

I read that you wanted to lose 3 pounds and then the snack in my mind became a slice of lemon and some kind of tea made of rice which didn't taste good!

Have been pretty good so far today, egg sandwich for breakfast, fried in frylight, delish and very filling. Lunch was pea and ham soup from a tin with some added ham and some butternut squash that was roasted for yesterday's dinner. Side salad and then a slice of a workmate's homemade pizza, mmmm.....

    Another 1lb for me - that's 10st 13lb and 1st 6lb loss all together.
My sister has just reached 2 stone. Since the start of December :D

Our leader has taken a real dislike if not to both of us then at least to her, I suspect she thinks she doesn't takes it seriously enough yet she still manages to lose every week. Maybe it's because she's very young? I dunno. It's pretty funny though.

I think we're both very lucky - it's been relatively easy for both of us so far. I thank my mum and our healthy attitude to food - I know a lot of people at the meeting who can't have chocolate or crisps in the house without eating them... I'm not like that. I think I just ate because I didn't care - and now i do :D

    Hello all!
I disappeared for a while down a non-ww hole and have not been doing very well.
I am now giving up crisps, sweets, chocolate, cake and biscuits altogether for Lent which should jump start me getting back on board and I want to go to the weigh in on Monday for the first time in 4 weeks... eeek
What can I have for my 3:30 snack now that I can't have any ww snacks or a pink n white? Are there any nice smooth yogurts do you think? I am still going to have my hot chocolate options sachets so that's a bonus!

Well done to all the losers, lots of great losses![/QUOTE

Ok what`s a pink and white????

Hi everyone. I have had a tough week getting re-motivated after my birthday on Sunday and need to get my head back in gear as we go away at Easter. I've decided that I'm going to try a different approach and try the Rosemary Conley Kick Start Diet which is low fat and low Gi purely because I don't feel that I have learnt much on WW. I find it's ok knowing the Ww point value of a certain food but without being aware of the calorific value I'm struggling when it comes to eating out and I want to adapt to being able to make good choices when I go away. Anybody tried this diet? x
