This week I lost 3lbs!!! Bringing my total loss to 12lbs. Hopefully should hit my mini target of losing 1 stone by Sunday.
Got to exercise loads this week. Steps last night & tonight I'm doing 2 Davina Fit sections* Save £s - Lose lbs *

Well today is PANCAKE DAY - dunn dunn duuuuuuuuunnnnn!! haha
I bought a Betty Crocker shake to make pancake mix bottle (cheating i know..but pointing was easier!) which makes 6 pancakes - so me and the GF can have 3 each3 pancakes from the bottle = 5 points.
I've planned my meals for today and have enough points left for the 3 pancakes WOOT! Cannot wait..although I'll only be eating mine late as the GF gets home at 6:30, and I have to go out at 7pm..so we'll be making them when I return home..whatever hour that may be - I refuse to miss out haha!
I'm off to do some of my exercise dvd now, then will shower and have a late lunch of WW chicken hotpot frozen ready meal and a muller light (the raspberry and cranberry flavour is my ultimate favourite!)
Hope everyone is feeling positive today! Anyone that has had a little slip up - keep your head up and think about how bloody good you'll feel when you reach your goalx

Had my weigh in tonight and I have stayed the same. I was quite good this week and over the full week I only went over my points by 4, but it is my totm so I know I can put on 6 pounds this week due to that, so I suppose staying the same isn't bad...
Hopefully I will be better next week. I went shopping on the way home and got MullerLight...6packs are 2 for £5 in Tesco, and loads of fruit....
But I also got a small Easter Egg and am going to enjoy it tonight as my treat..lol;)I HAVE NOTHING TO SAY;)0 -
I've come to join you all.
I'm just under 13st and really do need to lose weight. I've tried to on and off but its been half heartedly so its never worked.
I have decided to join some of the ladies i work with, and we are starting up on WW.
I'm not sure what my daily points will be yet, so i'm going to figure all that out.
I'm dreadful with exercise, but i have a wii fit, so i'm planning to use that a couple of nights a week and go out for walks over weekends as well as following some simple exercises that are in a magazine i have.
Is there any good exercise dvds you all would recomend for me?

Today is my weight tracking day, somehow managed to lose another 2lb this week despite valentines meal out and a chinese take out last night! So that takes my total weight loss to a stone! Really pleased with myself, also a bit shocked at how easy its been to lose it, before I started I thought god this is going to be really awful I'm probably only going to be eating leaves. But don't think I've really missed out on a whole lot just cut down on the amount I eat.

I'm pretty obsessed with Davina FIT dvd. It's in 4 sections (kick fit, top fit, bottom fit and aerobic fit) each 30 minutes long so it's very quick!!
If the 4st target is daunting cut it down into sections. Plan to lose half a stone or a stone by a certain date so it doesn't feel like an endless struggle.* Save £s - Lose lbs *

Hi. Please can I join this thread. I started WW a year ago at 11. 6 and am now 10 7 - would like to lose another 3lbs to get to GOLD! have decided to be much stricter with tracking and to also add some exercise!

yippee i lost 1 and a half pounds this week:j:j
saved a shed load of points because i knew we were going for an indian for hubbys birthday on monday ( weigh in is tuesday so very risky) but i had a rogan josh cos lots of tomatoes and onions in it- yum yum, also pinched some of his rice and bits.
i am so pleased with myself, i have lost 12 and a half so far ( slowly but surely)0
