Well done everyone who lost.:T
I can't belive I'm 3rd day in and I have stuck to it 100%. Normally I have fall off wagon on day 2 but I think it's down to this thread. Reading about everyone and how you are getting on and putting things down in black and white on here is helping me.
My DD works away and I would really like to lose 7lb befor he gets home in 3 weeks.

Hello all!
I disappeared for a while down a non-ww hole and have not been doing very well.
I am now giving up crisps, sweets, chocolate, cake and biscuits altogether for Lent which should jump start me getting back on board and I want to go to the weigh in on Monday for the first time in 4 weeks... eeek
What can I have for my 3:30 snack now that I can't have any ww snacks or a pink n white? Are there any nice smooth yogurts do you think? I am still going to have my hot chocolate options sachets so that's a bonus!
Well done to all the losers, lots of great losses!God is good, all the time
