  • Hi

Just after a bit of advice. I was ill yesterday with a rather nasty vomiting (and the other) bug... I managed to eat 2 pancakes (at breakfast, I felt ok at the time) then in the evening, a satsuma (went straight through me, sorry if TMI!), a pear and 2 Nice biscuits which stayed down :o

Feeling better today after a 13 hour sleep but ravenous! Wondering how I should approach today point wise? Eat a little more to make up for yesterday or just write yesterday off and carry on as normal with my 17 points?

    Thanks!

If it were me I wouldn't push it, as your tummy may still be quite sensitive! :(

Just head for the 17 points worth, but if you still feel hungry and your tummy feels better later in the day, then there's no harm in eating a little over your points to make up for yesterday and help stop the hunger gripes! :)

Put on 0.5 lbs yesterday which was a bit disappointing but thought I will see if I can do better this week. I`m fine till Sunday and then forget I`m being weighed on Tuesday - oops.

Also need to plan what I want to eat for the day and only eat that instead of wondering about 9pm..." ooh what can I eat now!"
  • hey everyone :hello: just realised this thread was here (long time lurker for bargains n freebies lol) and think this will help keep me on track at WW :D

Had my first weigh in on Monday and I lost 4lb :T
I'm really pleased with that. Used to follow SW  but got stuck in a rut - knew what I should be doing, but not bothering to do it. So, am now hoping that by following WW :j I won't feel that I'm missing out on ANYTHING and will be able to stick to it :D

In total, I have about 8 stone to lose, but am taking the journey bit by bit and setting my self mini goals - like to lose a stone by Easter (as going on a canal holiday then - wonder how many activity points operating the locks is?).
