  • can i join in too please??

I joined WW in December ( for the umteenth time!- but that's a different story)

i started off really well, first week i lost 3lb, then 1 then 1 then 2and a half then up 1. then the next week i lost 6lb, which was very strange, i wasn't excited about it as i should have been as i know that to lose that much in a week is wrong...

anyway xmas came and went and i was UP 2 lbs but since then it has been
    same
    minus 1
    UP 1
    minus 1
    same
GETTING FED UP NOW, FEEL LIKE I AM WASTING MY TIME...
i had a good talk to myleader and this week i have been like a star pupil. so we shall see what the scales have in store for me tomorrow........

2.5 points according to the online tracker!!

Enjoy - my dinner and night isnt very ww friendly - will be guessing the points later I dont expect it to be good at all! Still its only once a year and boyfriend is cooking so Im going to enjoy it.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly lastnight, I didn't have chance to post a thank you as I was too busy tucking into my delicious dinner haha :D
2.5 points for 93g lean fillet steak.

I had a similar meal yesterday but with a jacket potato instead of chips - worked out about 9 for one meal but you have to let go on special occasions don't you!

Thanks :) My dinner was absolutely wonderful. The lemond meringue was from a WW recipe book - definately suggest having a pop at making it! We've got half left for dessert tonight too :D

The peppercorn sauce we had with the steak was also delicious. It was made from a WW recipe book and only had 1.5pts per serving in. Definately be making that one again!

5 points per 1/4 of the pie :) The portion size was petty good too - not a piddly little slice like you'd get if you bought a ready made one from the supermaket.

I'll post the recipe if anyone is interested. It was in one of my WW recipe books :)

Got half left for dessert tonight - so looking forward to it haha! :j

Got my WI in about an hour, will be interesting to see how my new scales compare with official WI ones. If mine are the same then I've lost a couple of lbs which I'll be very pleased with !

I need 2lb for my 1.5 stone award - wish me luck !

ywg can't see the picture but I'm sure it was wonderful ! Which recipe book is it in? I love lemon meringue pie, it's my absolute favourite dessert so if there's a WW recipe out there, then I'd love you to share it ! xxxx

  • Off to the gym tonight, going to try out Step class. Anyone been to one before? Should I take a towel and drink or will I be ok without?

Moved my WI day to Tuesday morning so fingers crossed this will make a difference!!

I lost 2lb :j :j and also got my 1st 7lb award :T. Also means my scales here at home are pretty much spot-on so I'm pleased that I can now keep track properly :D.

Hope everyone else has good WIs this week
