I had the lime and lemongrass kebabs for dinner, LOVELY!! Recommended them to everyone, saved some of it for my lunch tomorrow too. Would be lovely chicken to add to a salad or have in a pitta bread. Definately making them again.Annual Grocery Budget £364.00/£1500

Well I had my WI yesterday - Friday - and I lost 2lb

I'm now at 11 stone 7 lbs - only 7 lbs away from the new years resolution goal I set myself which was 11 stone by June 1st!*fingers crossed* I'm gonna get this!
Well I totally blew my points out the water today and ended up eating 17 more points than I'm allowedDAMN YOU KFC TREAT!!!!
Well that's me snatching back a few points this week and exercising everyday to make up for it!Boo hiss.

Well I did an experiment this week as I was fed up of only losing one pound a week (I know this is good but just wanted more!!) So I ate all my points this week instead of saving some that I still had at the end of the week. However I still only lost 1.2 pounds so dont know what to try this week! THink Im going to try eat more fruit and veg so that I have my 5 a day which my help my bowel movements as I do feel a bit blocked today!
In total Im up to 32.2 pounds since October when I started so not bad at all. I am 4 pounds away from being in the healthy weight range for my height so thats my goal at the moment!!!0 -

I've been very naughty ........................ I've bought myself a new set of scales ....... WW digital ones that had rave reviews on all the review sites.
It will serve a good purpose as my last ones were 'dial' operated and completely inaccurate - which led me to keep scale hopping. Now I know I've got a pair that actually works properly, I'll be less inclined to keep getting on them.
I'll weigh on the new scales before my official WI at WW on Monday night and see what the difference is.

Hi, I've been lurking but not posting. Just started doing WW this week to shift some baby weight. Goal is 1 st off by summer. Breastfeeding baby so get a whopping 30 pts so will be interesting to see if that works.
Anyhow, had haddock and chips yesterday too. The old eating out guide I've got says 6 pts for battered haddock and 7 1/2 for med portion of chips (175g) so 13 1/2 total. HTH x0 -

I had my WI this morning - 1.5 lb lost. Not a huge loss, but definitely in the right direction. Now down by 31.5 since 17 Oct so I am really pleased.
I started going because my sister, who has lost over 4 stone since May, came round & looked at our holiday photos - and then suggested I join her at WW. Can't imagine what made her suggest it????

Weekends are tough for me!! Used over my points yesterday but luckily had 7pts left over since Tuesday. Boiled eggs for breakfast, veggie burger with CHIPS for lunch and small portion of risotto for dinner.
Can't believe I succumbed to chips! Haven't had them for weeks & weeks. :A
Back on track today, off to Pizza Express for lunch so will enjoy one of their lighter pizzas with the salad in. Hmmm might have an egg white omelette for breakfast.* Save £s - Lose lbs *
